I want to share my impressions of the trip to Cambodia. We arrived a day ago. I'm still impressed, I'll write.
Everything is organized and clear. Hotels from 3 to 5 ⭐. It's convenient for anyone. Dinner at a restaurant with Khmer dancing is great. There were a lot of dishes, we didn't even try them all.
Lake Tonle Sap, of course, led to quiet horror. Dirty water, stink, people live in houseboats. A lot of poor people.
Children in Cambodia sell souvenirs, toys, etc., and help their family live in this country. Children are a pension fund. They take care of the elderly. They don't get a pension.
And yet they are happy people.
The second day was dedicated to the Angkor Wat Temple Complex.
It's a must-visit for everyone, such beauty and power. Not all Cambodians can afford to visit these temples. But if you got there, then you were definitely a Khmer in a previous life and probably built these temples. 🙈🙄

Good organization, transport, a professional driver, but the escort in the person of Ruslan's guide was terrible, he did not tell anything, read information from the phone. Only in the market did Ruslan have a revival when promoting certain products. It is a pity that the organizers put a person on such a long excursion who cannot connect two words.

I didn't think a catamaran trip could be so much fun. There were recreation areas, a mess hall, a barbecue area and even a trampoline. It's so much fun to jump into the water from it! It took an hour to reach the uninhabited island. Unique nature, cleanest beach. Everything is as described on the website. By the way, thanks to Victor for recommending such an excursion. Although I have met negative reviews about a catamaran trip, I still contacted the company. Excellent trip organization, without downtime and waiting. They were picked up from the hotel and taken to the pier by minibus. There was air conditioning, it was not hot. The Serenity ride was fun. There was no alcohol, but there was a barbecue area. I fried various goodies that I bought in advance and took with me. When we stayed on the islands, I dived into the water from a trampoline. It was cool. I didn't regret it!

We were a few years ago on this vip catamaran tour from another company and last time we were delighted, this time everything turned out disgustingly:
Apparently, when accepting orders, we forgot about the seating of 1 family of 4 people, when you enter the catamaran, the guide immediately has seating, which hotel is sitting from which room (at which table), we were seated immediately, then everyone waited 30 minutes, because the guides did not know where to seat a family of 4 people, as a result, they put us at a table designed for 4 people, a total of 8 people sat at 1 table, in this regard, the chairs had to be placed around this table so that part of There were just enough chairs in the aisle to fit everyone, then all the people started coming out and going to the front deck, and then we were sitting in the aisle and everyone jumped over us and our chairs and we had to duck, squeeze so that people could pass every minute. Both families are not comfortable, because they look at us, they were hooked up to us and we have to huddle, we look at them, but where else could they go...As a result, everyone is sitting sad (both families). We wrote to the organization, how is it that we forgot about 1 family of 4 people and now we are sitting on top of each other and everyone is jumping through us!? The answer was gorgeous: "your guide has been working for a thousand years, he must figure out what he is doing." That's all, neither I'm sorry, nor let's agree, nor waiting... And the day before they forgot about us and didn't write anything to us about the time of the gathering, etc., I myself wrote after 22:00 and started asking what and how. The most interesting thing out of 8 people, only I got fins of different sizes, I had them, the rest did not have them, and none of us got masks, that is, the Japanese had snorkeling, who were sitting in the back and managed to take inventory

They were picked up from the condo almost on time, the wait was 15 minutes, which for Ty is the height of punctuality. There was even a preliminary wake-up call, 40 minutes before departure. The bus is super. At the border, everything went so fast that we didn't have time to figure out where we were, back in Thailand, or already in Cambodia. In a word, we arrived at 9-00, and at 10-00 we already started back, lunch is good, I think we will get home no later than 14-00

At 20.30, information was received that they would not come for us, after calling the operator and asking why they were saying only half an hour later, to put it mildly, they "turned us down" and blocked us, although we did not show any aggression, but simply asked a logical question, but the person himself switched to a higher tone and simply did not bother. It's good that all the other trips were taken from another agency.

I advise everyone. I've read a lot of reviews about different travel agencies. I chose this, they have a website, they have a lot of reviews, they are always in touch, they have all messengers. Victor has been working for 8 years, he does not go anywhere and is responsible for everything. We returned yesterday from Cambodia, which is Vip. I really liked it. They picked us up at 03:50 without delay, arrived back the next day at 22:30. A very rich program. The hotel is 4 cool, all the food is great. Separately, about the guide - Cambodia has its own guide, her name is Volya (a woman), she speaks Russian, she is local, born in 1973. She told everything, knows the story very well, always suggested everything. He loves his country and his job very much. The tour is not physically easy, it is better not to go with children. But there was also a woman of about 65 years old, who walked up all the stairs and was not discouraged.

A beautiful street, located close to the beach, 1 coastline. A local bus (tuk-tuk) goes to the city center for 10 baht (20 rubles), the locals are friendly, if something is wrong or you get lost, they will always tell you the way. The street is colorful, there are many shops, cafes, restaurants, night markets.
