The prices differ from what is indicated here and in fact.
The water was brought in with an unpleasant smell, and the barrel smells like someone else's sweat. The smell in the cabin is stale, there is nothing to breathe at all and it smells unpleasant.
The taps in the shower are mixed up with cold and hot water.
When you get out of the barrel, they don't give you dry laundry. The master is ill, coughing violently.
There were some problems with dressing gowns and suits, they offered to do a massage in a bathrobe after a barrel.
The masters chat on the phone right in the place where they do the massage. She asked me to stop talking.
Not a separate office, but a couch behind a curtain.
I decided not to go for a massage, I left immediately after steaming in a barrel.

Good afternoon! On November 26, gift certificates were purchased in TaiRai. Unfortunately, we were unable to make an appointment at a convenient time. We were asked to extend the certificate, which was refused. Further, we insisted on a refund, to which we received a response that the certificates were purchased at a discount and more than 2 weeks ago, and therefore the service provider refused to refund the funds and offered an extension. But since the relationship has already been damaged and the illegal actions of the contractor raise questions, I decided to insist on a refund. But contrary to the law, we were refused. Definitely not recommended.

I would like to thank Master Anna for today's spa therapy session. I came to the Royal Whiskey Swaddling session and was extremely pleased. I liked everything: from the friendly and courteous receptionist to the master, and the overall atmosphere in this SPA.
I especially liked the massage, relaxing and toning. The session lasted only 150 minutes, and it felt like I went on a mini vacation 💔😍🫶🏼

4. Everything is covered with curtains, not separate treatment rooms. By the way, when I asked to be taken to my husband (he was separated and they had been doing massage for 20 minutes, and I was sitting waiting for some girl with her faith to invite me to the procedures), they took me behind the wrong curtains to some other guy.
