Hello to all who have not visited this SPA salon yet. The massage is just a buzz, the staff is cool (they were not mistaken in the selection of staff), even a cup of tea is good after the procedures. At the expense of the SPA salon, it is cozy, clean, pleasant, the girls are polite, cheerful. Massage is generally the finish, the highest of the highest!!! I would like to thank Master Anna for today's spa therapy session. I came to the Royal Whiskey Swaddling session and was extremely pleased. I liked everything: from the friendly and courteous receptionist to the master, and the overall atmosphere in this SPA.
I especially liked the massage, relaxing and toning. The session lasted only 150 minutes, and it felt like I went on a mini vacation 💔😍🫶🏼

Hello! We purchased a subscription in the amount of 120,000 tenge for 15 visits plus 5 barrels as a gift. They came with their daughters on time on a positive basis for pleasure and relaxation, but they left with complete indignation and disappointment. Firstly, I did not like the massage itself, it is not the declared Thai, but just light stroking. When asked to do it a little harder, they simply pressed with their elbow in the same place. We agreed about a 1.5 hour massage, they gave us only an hour. When they came out upset, the receptionist asked for feedback, to which we said that we did not like the massage. She started arguing with the poor masseuse girl, and telling her off next to us! We asked not to do this, and even more so in the presence of customers. In fact, there was a lot of sediment left. They asked to make a refund. They had to make a refund minus 2 subscription visits, i.e. 120,000:15 hours of massage turns out to be 16,000 tenge. They require 38,000 tenge for two people per visit! We did not pay for the visit, we paid for the subscription, provided that there were discounts when buying a subscription. And in fact, it's not even about money, because we previously paid almost 100 thousand for two people for three hours of the program. And it's about fairness, decency and a normal attitude towards customers. A refund for the full amount was made by mistake. The employee wrote all evening that she made a mistake and asked to send 38,000 tenge back. I tried to explain so that they would calculate correctly, and that I should send 16,000, as stated on the subscription, but she insisted in the affirmative. Additionally, we also got a second ruined showdown evening! I asked for the director's number. The manager called! I was terrified of her! Firstly, no apologies for providing substandard services, service, ruined evening. She spoke very arrogantly and rudely! Secondly, she started yelling and insulting, constantly interrupting without even giving the opportunity to speak! After all, all these unpleasant events are not enough for us, so instead of 7-8 visits for two, we wanted to charge 38,000 for one visit! As a result, she cursed and called them scammers! That's great! No comments… It's just some kind of horror! The age of the Middle Ages, she couldn't even speak competently and argumentatively, she just screamed! This is the first time I have encountered such a level and lack of service, ethics and business communication! Please provide the number of the manual! With such managers, employees, you will lose all customers! I feel sorry for the owners of this company. The company's image and future are suffering. I do not recommend this company to anyone! It's just outrageous!!!

I got to the Thai master for Thai massage + oil massage and immediately bought a subscription for 10 treatments. 4. Everything is covered with curtains, not separate treatment rooms. Be prepared that someone may come to you or you will hear all the steps and sneezes of the guests, because without walls there is no noise insulation. By the way, when I asked to be taken to my husband (he was separated and they had been doing massage for 20 minutes, and I was sitting waiting for some girl with her faith to invite me to the procedures), they took me behind the wrong curtains to some other guy. Very cool privacy
5. Administrators. They make such a soft and compliant appearance that they are so sweet, horror. And in fact, they drive at you in Kazakh (yes, colleagues, I am not Kazakh, but I understand this language a little) and they also do not apologize even for their own mistakes when planning procedures
