Everything is fine. A pleasant atmosphere, high-quality massage, both with aromatic oil and with hot stones, make Thai. Three hours flew by unnoticed. The water in the pool is invigorating and I liked it too. It's a bit noisy in the hammam, but the steam is hot and there is a lot of it.

The place would like to give 5 stars for an excellent massage. Thai girls are very good, professionals in their field. I feel great after the massage.
I lowered the score for the entrance courtyard in the SPA area, I want to swim and lie down in peace, enjoy tea and talk. And it turned out that the staff was constantly walking back and forth through the pool and it was impossible to relax.
The reception is not very pleasant to work with clients. The questions are answered dryly and not included, the girls were not in the mood.

I do not recommend it. Very low level of service and poor attitude towards customers. On 02/18/2021, I signed up for a 3-hour program worth 35 thousand tenge on March 7 this year. The history of the correspondence is saved in the Whatsapp. As a result, on March 7, I found out that my record was missing, while there was no explanation or apology from the staff. Instead of rest and the expected pleasant impressions, there are broken plans, a badly spoiled mood before the holiday and complete disappointment in the salon. A couple of weeks before that, I bought 2 certificates for gifts to my relatives, recommended them to my friends, which I later regretted very much. According to friends, my case is not the first and not the only one, which directly indicates the low level of the salon. Only negative impressions are associated with this institution.
