I was alone with my husband at the bamboo delight. We are delighted, we really liked it, nice neat craftsmen, dim lights, pleasant music, 1.5 hours flew by unnoticed 🔥 located on the second floor, the entrance is the same as the "cat museum"

I recently visited this Thai spa and was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and quality of treatments. From the very first step, you are immersed in an atmosphere of deep relaxation - soothing music, subdued lighting create a feeling of harmony and peace.
I would especially like to mention the massage performed by professional masters. After the session, I felt like I was reborn.
A visit to this salon left only the most positive emotions. There is an atmosphere of peace and harmony, and the highly qualified staff treats each guest with attention and care. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a real oasis of relaxation in the rhythm of a big city.

Hello. I want to leave you a review of the spa program that you announced as a Mother's Day gift. Disgusting service. My mom came to the procedure a little in advance (15 minutes to be exact), she was sent from there. Steaming, as it turned out, is at the choice of your eatery, and not at the choice of the customer. It is especially pleasant that this was not notified either by correspondence on Instagram or when buying a subscription at the salon. Another bonus was the unsolicited complaint book, which, by an unusual coincidence, has only one review since 2021 (it's understandable why you don't stitch to leave that review in proud solitude). I am extremely unhappy with this purchase. I promise you anti-advertising for such a service and for the communication of Daria's administrator with clients. Offering this as a Mother's Day gift is a nightmare. Instead of the promised relaxation, only exhausted nerves.
The boorish director first shouted at my mother on the phone, then she was rude to me, hinting that we would not receive a refund. And in the eyes of the director, by the way, my mother is to blame for not having provided that the bathhouse should be heated for several hours, and did not warn the administrator in advance that she wanted this particular bathhouse. By the way, this is not written or said anywhere, and the administrator herself did not specify which steaming my mother was asking for and did not ask to decide on it in advance. In general, instead of relaxing, my mother received rudeness and hassle as a gift for Mother's Day.

We visited the spa with my husband, suffered from severe back pain, after the Thai aroma ritual, the masters Kanya and Kwon worked a miracle, all the pain went away
Now we visit this spa on a regular basis
