I visited the salon for the first time with a gift certificate. The hour-long massage included a body massage + special attention is paid to one of the zones. I chose the cervical-thoracic department. But during the procedure, for some reason, they focused on my feet. For this I put 4*. And in principle, this place is worth visiting. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Delicious tea with candied fruits, friendly administrators.

You can't buy anything from the product with the rest of the certificate.

It is necessary to come with him, and if you forgot and are going from another city??? U-turn turn! Although when recording, it is not clear why I ask for its number and expiration date! Such a nasty impression of such moments remains... really, you can't make a convenient cut for customers!!! Offer- sign up for the procedure only upon presentation of the certificate and in person!! On my birthday, I was given a "royal Thai massage", which includes: full body massage, legs (with bamboo sticks), face, steaming in a barrel (before the massage) and tea with dried fruits (which is served after the procedure). You choose the tea before the procedure and the fragrance for the massage oil. I chose lemongrass flavor (I love it very much) and lemongrass green tea with mango slices. You do not need to bring anything with you: disposable slippers, a hat and panties are provided to you. After the procedure, you can take a shower (there is shampoo, conditioner, gel shower). A hairdryer is provided if necessary. You can choose the degree of pressure from light to strong, I chose medium (for a girl, I think that's what you need). You can also choose which area to pay special attention to (I chose the collar area-neck and shoulders). The masters speak English. You should not wear bracelets, chains, watches, long earrings. You take your valuables with you, I left some things in the wardrobe - nothing is missing. The procedure is very pleasant and relaxing. There are complexes for two, companies. I definitely recommend trying it!

I took 2 certificates (charming Koh Samui and Resort & Spa 5) before the New Year. One for the anniversary, the other turned out to be an engagement.
I must say right away that the experience of Thai massage is not our first, but according to reviews and the site, this place was especially expected. + I wanted to definitely try the stone ritual and herbal pouches.
1 visit (Koh Samui):
There was no record for the date of the event, we signed up for the nearest possible one, then we had to reschedule, we found time for the weekend a month later. It can be understood.
The day before, they called me and asked me to come earlier, because the master was ill in the salon - not a problem, not fundamentally, they came earlier.
The ritual itself:
- Hammam- OK, an interesting new experience for us.
- Hydro-phytocupel- approx. Nothing special, a bubble bath, everything is comfortable. I have always had a question about such procedures, how they are processed, because besides disposable underwear, there is no choice what to dive into?!🤔
- stone ritual and massage. We were asked to go into the next room, which is not very convenient, but not a problem. For me, all relaxation ended in the font.
The ritual is performed with heated hot stones. I was hot, and not pleasantly hot, but HOT. I twitched a few times. She gave feedback to the master, she was surprised, but then tried to control the temperature better... In short, as a result of this long-awaited procedure, I was burned several times, and every time I tuned in, it might hurt. And I couldn't relax in this part. The second half was more lucky: massage and stones did not cause such discomfort.
- The tea is delicious and different. Oriental sweets are a set of candied fruits in a small bowl. I didn't feel well after them at the massage. I didn't eat them on my next visit.
The sushi was delicious.
An attentive receptionist asked us what and how. She said about the stones that this procedure is really for an amateur. And she assured me that the herbal bags would not be so hot.
- Aromatherapy is the burning sticks and the smell of the oil that you are being massaged with.
- A rain shower is just a shower stall. 😀
Visit 2 (Resort &Spa, the most expensive package of the village!):
They were able to sign us up for the weekend only after a month and a half. The day before the procedure, they called and, according to tradition, asked to come early - OK again, no problem. I went to the website to choose the rituals in advance and saw that the package had been changed and the sushi was no longer there. Since this was a crucial moment for the 5.5-hour program and my surprise, I immediately wrote to them in telegrams, to which the next day I received an answer that yes, now everything is as written, they are no longer cooperating and
(attention!) that this is, in general, a compliment from the salon, which no longer exists That's it! That is, the salon simply changed the pre-purchased program without explanation. I asked myself (!) why they didn't warn me about this a month and a half in advance and what they offer in return. The answer after a while was that they would give shampoo at the end. What, shampoo?! to be honest, the replacement is strange (and as it turned out later, they give them to everyone after the procedures). I explained that this option was not suitable for me. And the tech support girl, who didn't care at all initially, wrote to me that it was impossible to do anything, they weren't cooperating anymore, and she was very sorry that I wasn't initially told that it was a compliment. There are no words left, I finally caught the level of service of this salon, and, in a mood not adjusted to relaxation, we went to our program.
The beginning was the same as in the first one, tea and so on.the font and the hammam are no longer there for the second time + the mood was no longer the same.
This time we were given a choice: stay in the apartments for a massage or move. We chose the first one. Masseuses came and began fussing with watering cans and other preparations, they began to collect water. I will say that this does not contribute to rest. It's one thing when you're lying down and something is happening behind you, it's another to sit and watch.
The massage was normal, and the herbal pouches, it's so good that they weren't at the beginning...!!! IT was no better than stones, only 30 minutes instead of 1 hour. I was burned again, it hurts again. I will definitely not recommend this procedure!
For the second half, the set was slightly different, he carried the bags normally again. I liked the massage. The wrapping was prickly) and the smell of chocolate (or whatever it was) haunted for a long time. I couldn't wash it off in the shower. He really smelled strange, something sour or something..In the morning before work, he soaked in the bathroom to make sure he got rid of it.
- the salt cave is also not our first experience, and, to be honest, we were not particularly inspired and did not understand whether salt was served there. But the walls are as they should be in salt)We sat there for a change
- tea is wonderful as always, it has been offered to us several times
At the end, at the exit, the administrator asked for our impressions and tried to resolve the earlier situation with technical support, but we were in a hurry, we were insanely hungry and, to tell the truth, you can do it after the fact. We agreed that I would write in a telegram.
In the telegram, in the same manner as before, we were already offered buns and bonus cards for going to their salon, but the evening was already ruined, and after such an organization and "caring" for customers, there was absolutely no desire to continue visiting this place, we refused. And there was no response.
It's amazing that a place with so many good reviews has such a disgusting policy towards customers. Apparently, the flow is already large and the salon does not consider it necessary to bother.
