This was my second visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was consistently disappointing. Upon arriving for the fish curry meals, I encountered a long queue. Despite being told a 20-minute wait, the actual wait time extended beyond that. It took 40-45 mins to get it. Once seated, the service remained sluggish – from waiting for plates to a delay in getting rice.
Surprisingly, when inquired about the fish curry, I was informed only veg curry was available. After insisting on the fish curry, I received a mere spoonful with no fish. Food was served on a plate instead of the usual banana leaf. The side dishes were disappointing. My friend tried the veg curry, which was awful. I received only one spoonful of fish curry, as seen in the picture. The staff seemed more focused on large groups, leaving individual/ small group customers neglected.
Sadly, this isn't an isolated incident; the table next to us shared our frustration and left without eating. It's disheartening to experience such consistently poor service. I can't recommend this restaurant to others due to the zero regard for customers' time and the overall lackluster experience.
