Nice, clean and peaceful place

It's a beautiful place. We have already stayed three times, once in a single apartment, twice in double rooms (very different). If you want to find fault, it will be quite difficult to find what. Clear. A complete set of everything you need, just like in a hotel (towels, soap, shampoos, brushes, slippers, tea, coffee, sugar + all necessary utensils, including pots and pans). Hair dryer, iron, washing machine (even with a small amount of powder), dryer. Air conditioners in all rooms. The double rooms have two bathrooms. Good Wi-Fi, TV from Youtube.
The main thing that impresses is, of course, the open spaces.
In the building, there is a good family restaurant, a burger joint and several coffee shops (all with access to the street, of course, but literally 2 steps away, it does not bother even in winter.

A wonderful place! There was a room of 4 rooms. Three bedrooms and a kitchen-living room. 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms. Cleanliness, spaciousness, convenient location in the city. Although the complex is large, it is quiet enough, the staff is very friendly. I heartily recommend it to everyone. The price / quality is very pleasing

I liked it, spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, 2 bathrooms. Cleaning every 3 days, the location is great close to the center, there are many cafes, a shop, a pharmacy, a playground in the residential complex. There is a park nearby and not one, the shopping center. We spent a week and were very satisfied with everything.

So hello everyone. If you come to Astana and are looking for an apartment-type hotel, then Ark Residence is a good choice.
Firstly, there are places to eat nearby in the center, as well as restaurants and Fast food.
Secondly, there is a playground where you can sit in the evening if you are not alone and there is a Playground.
Thirdly, in the same building there is a dry cleaning, a shop, a beauty salon, an Italian restaurant, if I'm not mistaken, and a cafe where they brew very tasty coffee.
About the apartments themselves.
There is a kitchen where you can cook yourself. Large dressing room, TV with sofa) with smart TV. A big bed and yes very soft, slept like a baby. I also liked the bathroom, there is an additional bidet. And yes, if you need a bathrobe, warn the administrator and they will bring it to you.

2 stars only for the location. Otherwise, to put it mildly, not very much.
Upon entering the apartment, the smell of sewage immediately. The shower is leaking. The interior is "tired".
The air conditioners blow directly onto the sleeping place. One flowed straight into the room. But the most important thing that angered me was the nails and hair on the carpet upon arrival. They saw it well before when they let the child on it!

It's a good place. One of the best large ararat hotels in Astana. The apartments vary in size and layout - from one to three bedrooms. They are fully equipped with everything necessary. The design is terrible and the execution is of high quality. Responsive staff. Good location near the boulevard and the botanical garden, which is good for walking and jogging. One disadvantage in the package is that there are no dishwashers. And there is also a very strong audibility. In general, I recommend it for a stay, especially if it takes a week or more.
