A very cozy hotel! Clean, everything is new, pleasant aromas. We took a room with a view of the Bosphorus. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are normal, you can order from the menu and take something else on the buffet. The hotel is very conveniently located, near Taksim Square and Istiklal, and if you go down to the Bosphorus, you will immediately find yourself at Dolmabahce Palace.
It's a great hotel. Excellent rooms, high-level service.
The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is 5+ on a five-point scale.
I recommend it to compatriots and tourists from different countries.
Sincerely,...
Great hotel! Excellent service! Clean, cozy rooms with everything you need! Cleaning every day, they give you bottles of water. The location is excellent, 10 min walk to Taksim Square. I really liked the hotel! Stylish design, delicious food!I recommend it!
Great hotel! We were with my daughter in February 2025. Unfortunately, the rooftop restaurant was under renovation.. which was disappointing, since he was one of the arguments in favor of the hotel.. But! Excellent service, friendly staff have changed the attitude! A very friendly Russian-speaking young man at the reception, very respectful, considerate, ready to help in any situation! His advice on navigating the city was very helpful. The hotel itself is new and clean. It is located in a stunning location, within walking distance of Taksim Square and Dolmabahce and the tram stop, which is 20 minutes away by direct tram and you are in the old part of the city!! Thanks for everything!
Nice hotel. The price tag is more than enough. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Cleaning is daily. The location is the same as in all of Istanbul) or very high) or vice versa. In any case, there is public transport.
Favorite hotel in Istanbul: located close to the tourist center of the city, while the rooms are quiet and very comfortable beds. From the point of view of transport, the metro, tram, and ferries are within walking distance, and it is always easy to catch a taxi.
The hotel itself is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. It seems to me very important that the staff is super friendly and ready to help. I would especially like to highlight the Russian-speaking employee Aziz, who helped me a lot on my last trip, he is literally a super hero :)
The restaurant offers a dizzying view of the Bosphorus (I attach a photo), although the breakfasts themselves are quite simple.
I am ready to recommend this hotel and plan to return again.
It's a very nice hotel. Convenient location. Interesting breakfasts: appetizers and desserts are served buffet style, and you order hot dishes from the menu.
Great hotel.
Very convenient location, close to many attractions. Breakfast is quite varied and with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus.
There are rooms with a view of the Bosphorus, but on high floors and it is better to ask in advance if it is important.
Downstairs in the lobby there is a cafe bar where you can drink coffee or something stronger.
You can go down to the embankment, but keep in mind that you will have to climb back up the hill and it is quite steep.
Nearby there are shops where everything can be bought at normal prices from fruit to alcohol ;)
The hotel is magnificent in all aspects. It is located in a quiet location. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!!! Thanks to the hotel staff for their comfort and care! Everything is great!!!
A wonderful hotel! Modern, fresh renovation, excellent service. Everything is new and stylish. The hotel is located in the European part of the city. There are many attractions within walking distance. I really liked everything!
Everything is at the highest level, the view of the Bosphorus deserves a special high rating, a 10-minute walk to the central street of the old town is also cool.
A very pleasant hotel. We stayed in December 2023. Nice room, very good breakfasts, excellent location - you can walk to interesting places, near several types of public transport.
Excellent location, quite pleasant rooms. There is a restaurant with amazing views of the Bosphorus, quite delicious breakfasts. True, the bar does not know how to prepare cocktails correctly, they look like what they should be, but still not quite the same.
A great hotel with a very good location. We lived in a double room, the room is spacious, nothing superfluous, but at the same time there is everything you need: a kettle, a coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers.Everything is in the shower, right down to the toothbrushes. You can not take anything with you))). The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. And! Most importantly! Beautiful view of the Bosphorus from the restaurant! I recommend.Relatively inexpensive.
Don't stay at this hotel for anything!
It started with the fact that upon arrival, they tried to charge us 100 euros more and we had to prove that we had a reserve on the official Accor website and have all the supporting documents.
We had a prepaid breakfast, but in the end they tried to bill us for a child who falls into the category of those who eat breakfast for free, provided that adults pay for breakfast. Breakfast for all adults was prepaid.
It turns out that the hotel has absolutely no information about its guests.
The apogee was the disco in the restaurant, which is located on the top floor. We lived clearly under the restaurant (rooms 613 and 614 delux with a view of the Bosphorus, for which we also paid extra). It was simply impossible to sleep. They offered to move to the 5th floor (rooms of the category below). However, this did not solve the situation. At the same time with us at the reception was a man from the 4th floor, who also could not sleep because of the insanely loud music.
The staff at the reception do not realize that they represent the hotel in their own person and only shrug their shoulders, saying "I understand everything, I have nothing to do with it."
All this speaks only about the weakest management, who have a complete mess in the management system and in relation to the guests!
Look for other options.
The best hotel where I stayed while I have number one is this hotel, I clean tea separately every day, the character is very well-mannered and friendly. They also have very tasty breakfasts. The quality of the compliment we were treated to a cheese plate when we opened our wine. I highly recommend it to everyone, you will not regret it.
Disgusting street noise insulation - the roar of passing buses and trucks at night, endless dog barking do not let you fall asleep even if you are impassably tired. I was saved by headphones with an audio book.
The climate in the room is not regulated. Only, in desperation, turning off the ventilation, I got a comfortable 23', with at least 27 working. For breakfast, the only hot meat dishes are sliced sausages in tomato sauce. You can order an omelet with ham from the waiter.
The advantage is a convenient transport location - the proximity of the metro and the marina.
In general, it's tolerable, it's happened worse.
P. S. I have no complaints about dogs that are the size of Alabai here
The hotel is nice clean, but the staff could have been a little more caring and polite . Jul. Also, while staying in the room, we were very uncomfortable when the hotel attendant suddenly came and checked the mini-bar
Comfortable beds and pillows, good bed linen, blankets, there is even a razor in the shower, but no toothbrush. There are few towels, one large and one small, a ironing board is brought on request. There is a Wi-Fi connection. The breakfasts are meager, it's better not to buy, not like in 5 stars, I could only eat an omelette and cappuccino. The staff is polite, there is parking and a valet. To Taksim Square (local Arbat), 10 minutes on foot. There is a pharmacy and a water shop nearby. View from the cafe, where breakfast is on the embankment with seagulls. FF
The location is excellent, the hotel itself is freshly renovated in the rooms. The breakfast is not very tasty, the omelet sausages as in Egypt are tasteless, there are practically no sweets. The worst thing is that they smoke in the rooms and when you sleep you get tobacco out the window from the next room. This may be the norm for Turkey, but I'm already out of the habit of it.
One of the most convenient stickers in Istanbul. As they say: both on the sidelines and in people. It is a 5-minute walk to Taksim, and a 7-minute leisurely walk to Dolmabahce. Good breakfasts, very clean rooms, instant check-in
