It was a pleasant experience. I wanted to steam comfortably, but at the same time warm up properly. The steam was wonderful. I came early enough. Therefore, there was one for the total steam. Despite this, the guys steamed, as they say, to the bone. A pleasant and comfortable bar with drinks and food. A swimming pool with an outdoor part. I also ordered a wash. I recommend.

First of all, I would like to express my admiration to those who invested and organized this project. It turned out very cool, not only by the standards of Uzbekistan, but at a completely European level. While there are not many visitors, I hope that everything will work out, and the project will continue to get better and develop.
On the plus side:
- Everything is new, clean, beautiful, pleasant to be in
- Every hour there is a collective soaring, very emotional
- There is a small swimming pool with access to the street, and in general a variety of fonts
- Adequate staff
I won't call these strong disadvantages, but if the manual reads, as recommendations for improvement:
- gender separation, I understand that a conservative country, but you can make some hours when you can come with your family, and not just a male or female company
- the lack of shower gels in the showers, it is clear that you can buy or bring with you, but in my opinion this is the base for such a cool place
- for some reason, there is a steam schedule in the restaurant, but not in the bath department itself, as there is no clock
- if you take a massage, then this time is taken into account in the general visit, that is, as if you pay twice
- all navigation is in Russian, while there are many foreign tourists, and there is no Uzbek official language either, this can be solved simply by visualizing inscriptions with pictures
- lack of coolers with drinking water, which is very important for such an institution

The first visit to this sauna with friends on 04/26/25
1) the price of the quality does not match, the menu is quite expensive, the moments are not justified.
2) Every hour there is group steaming, it looks more like a bazaar, music is playing, everyone is shouting, the bath attendant does not understand what the CORRECT temperature should be in the bath, to adjust the steam, he asks the visitors, respectively, there are people who need more temperature, as a result, 6 full jugs and minus a healthy steam, a maximum of 5 minutes and You run out, your skin burns, but your body doesn't warm up, it's not right.
3) The bath attendants outside the group steam rooms do not control the temperature, the visitors themselves have to add water.
4) There is absolutely no soap, shampoos in the shower stalls.
5) The wrong location of the smoking rooms and the pool, namely, when you swim in the pool after the bath and go outside, instead of fresh, slightly cool air, you inhale smoke, and some even smoke in the pool on the street where children swim.
6) The concept of a RUSSIAN bathhouse is completely broken when you are told that you can not sit naked in the bathhouse, but you can wear underpants.
7) Bottom line: an ordinary primitive public bathhouse with an ultra expensive price tag and expensive extras, where there is nothing ordinary.

On January 21, I decided to visit the sauna. And that's what I want to say:
There is a bus running to the baths, but there was no driver on the bus, + it was raining. We waited for the 2nd bus to arrive.
When I arrived, they gave me a key. There were no empty seats in the locker room — all the ottomans were occupied. The same situation was in the cafe. The staff told me that if I wanted to take a seat at the cafe, it was better to come in the afternoon rather than in the evening. Full house....
There was no peace and quiet in the bathhouse. The visitors did not respect the staff, the girls asked to sit in silence, but it did not help.
After I wrote this story and comments on Instagram*, they made it clear to me that the person responding was far from the service. When I identified a typical problem—the lack of towels in the locker room closet—he wrote, "Well done."
Roman Seifulov, you should take a more responsible approach to staff selection, because these people represent your institution.
