1. Fresh renovation, clean, modern interiors, very convenient location of the hotel in the city center, the hotel building has 4 floors and has an elevator, there are few rooms and people, near the embankment of the Svisloch river.
2. There is no service at all. The hotel staff did not bother to change the linen for the three of us all week, but did it exclusively right before our departure, because we ourselves asked at the reception if it was normal not to change the linen for a week at the hotel. The room has a kitchen and assumes the presence of dishes, the number of guests was known a month before arrival, but the three of us did not have the right amount of cutlery, we went down to the reception and asked to bring it. As a result, a full day passed and no one brought it, although when we contacted them they asked for our room number. The issue was resolved after the 2nd appeal, 2 days later.
3. Upon check-in, that is, handing over the room keys to us, we went in and found no primary kit for our room - no dishwashers, no dishwashers, no powder, no capsules for dishwashers. That is, the hotel rooms are not prepared for the reception of guests at all. We bought everything ourselves and only on the 3rd day they brought us the primary set.
4. The coffee capsules ran out and they were also in no hurry to replenish them, we had to remind them again about providing capsules to the coffee machine at the reception.
5. Umbrellas were needed in the rain, we asked for umbrellas at the reception and were asked "do you definitely not have them in your room?". It was already ridiculous, the hotel staff does not prepare rooms at all and does not know about the state of readiness and the availability of necessary things in the room.
6. Large spiders enter the room through windows or ventilation, of which there are many near the river. Even in September there were mosquitoes. There are no screens on the windows. Insects in the rooms of such a hotel are extremely frivolous.
7. In general, during the whole week, none of the staff personally asked about satisfaction with the service and our needs in the room, either by calling or contacting the room. The hotel was noticeably sparsely populated, but even so, the life of the guests did not arouse the interest of the staff. We stayed in hotels, traveled a lot and have never met such a zero level of service and lack of interest from the hotel staff.
Please note! This approach is simply unacceptable for the global Hilton hotel chain!
