Great hotel, everything is nearby. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, it used to be less, but the shortcut along the river has been closed, now it's just a detour.
The best rooms have access to the pool, if possible, take them.
The breakfasts are delicious. One of the disadvantages is that for the first time we came across the fact that you can't stay in the pool area with your drinks. You can only use the ones you bought at the bar.

A decent hotel, good breakfasts, you can get to the beach on foot, to Kara beach 10-15 minutes, to Karon 20-25 minutes, on the way to the beach there are a market, restaurants, cafes, shops and of course massage parlors, of which there are a lot. Nice hotel, I recommend it

We rested from 7 to 17.11 the hotel was completely satisfied.The room for two is large with a balcony.It's not very new, but we don't pay attention to it, we have everything we need.The breakfasts are good.There is no swimming pool.They wrote about beach towels here, they didn't run around, they didn't look for them, they threw them on the floor and the maids changed them every day.Or they turned to them themselves.At the reception, they solved the issues through a Google translator, there were no problems either.The location is excellent, everything is nearby, Kata beach is 10 minutes away, Corona is 15.

The room is small, the three of us lived together. The bathroom is a toy, from the kits they give only gel / shampoo and a cap, if you need discs or cotton swabs, bring your own toothpaste. There is a kettle, a tea bag per person is issued per day))) and 0.5 bottles of water each. The same type of meager breakfasts, you have to wait a long time for an omelet or a scramble, there are always cold fried eggs. The tea/coffee is mediocre. The air conditioner works very hard. There is no elementary water cooler at the reception, the bar is open by the hour, but I think no one goes there. If a towel is lost, you will have to pay a fine for a torn towel as for a new one. Yes, with chic, clean bed linen, excellent mattresses and pillows, towels are given out in a terrible gray color, washed, washed. Great hotel. We had a rest in the second half of July 2024. Cleaning every day. There is a refrigerator, a safe, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a TV. Bathrobes, towels in the room and beach towels if put on the floor are all changed. There are two bottles of water in the bar every day. A great balcony for evening gatherings))). The hotel is not a four-star hotel, it is a three-star hotel. We rested for 4 nights in January 2025.
The hotel is definitely not worth the money.
Unfriendly Thai women work at the reception, who try to cheat with the time of check-in. The voucher has 14 hours, they have 15 hours on some piece of paper.
They won it back.
The rooms themselves are decently tired, all the curtains are torn. The towels are grey, washed and overwashed.
The elevators were constantly hovering
The children's slides are not fixed on the pool, be careful!
The Jacuzzi is no longer a Jacuzzi, but a green swamp.
But they take a deposit of $ 100, you never know if such riches will spoil it.
In general, I highly do not recommend this option.

In short, I've never swum there, and the water is icy, it doesn't warm up in the shade.
The breakfasts are monotonous, nothing has changed in a couple of weeks.
It's a good location, but not on the main street. The hotel is located approximately in the middle, between two beaches, walking distance to the nearest one is about 15-20 minutes, or kilometer +. If you plan to stay in this hotel, get ready to rent a transport, otherwise you will consistently fulfill the two norms in steps.

The breakfasts are good, they write monotonous, we have more than enough: eggs in any form, different vegetables, pancakes, toast, jam, cereals, yogurt, soup, rice or noodles with chicken, ham, sausages, potatoes. from fruits watermelon, pineapple, banana, much more?)) There is all the infrastructure nearby, an exchanger right in front of the hotel across the street, there is also a small market with fruits, clothes and you can eat. There is a laundry room, washing machines are on the street, a vending machine with drinking water, 1 liter- 1 baht. There is also a street across the street where you can sit in the evening, prepare various food, drinks, live music. On the way to the beach, there is a large market: clothes, fruits, any kind of food right there, they cook with you, the portions are simply huge. You can have dinner at the market, you can take it with you. Ice cream, smoothies, fruits. There are many different cafes nearby, if you want to sit beautifully) Kata beach is 12 minutes away at a calm pace, two roads to cross, walk comfortably, you can walk along the sidewalk and look around) the beach is good, you can lie on a sunbed, you can under the trees in the shade. The sailor is wonderful! you can walk to Karon beach in 20 minutes, also along the sidewalk, if on the shady side - we easily reached it. And the sunset is just amazing, you can't see it on Katya because of the mountain. We stopped by on 01.11.2023 and left a deposit of $ 100 upon arrival. The rooms are shabby. Curtains with holes. They promised to change it, but they didn't. The breakfasts are so-so, of course you won't die of hunger. It is very difficult to take towels for bathing. They applied three times in the morning early and in the afternoon got one once at 14 o'clock in the afternoon. They are tidying up for a C grade. The location is not very good.

It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Karon.By heavy traffic.The breakfasts are excellent. Rooms for 4. The pool is really dirty.
The Staff Is Super! Everyone is polite. You won't see this even in Turkey in the top five)
