I don't know which branch they were taking it from, but the delivery was disgusting and the responsiveness of the staff at that moment was terrible. I had to constantly ask myself what was wrong with the courier and look for a solution to the problem (the courier got lost and did not get in touch). The money for the failed paid delivery had to be straightened out and paid for by Yandex from your pocket, which cost much more.
I do not advise ordering delivery, if you take it, then only in the store itself. otherwise, you will just be driven for more than 2 hours or they will simply lose and will not want to do anything about it
