Excellent hotel in the center of Istanbul. All major attractions are within walking distance. It is convenient to get anywhere in the city by metro and tram - cheap and fast! Small but cozy rooms with everything you need! Underfloor heating in the room will add comfort in winter. Breakfast on the terrace is BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS with a view of the Bosphorus and passing ships! Seagulls will add an entourage, and dolphins will add a smile! I recommend dinner in the evening- I assure you you won't regret it! Super octopus or Turkish cuisine will not leave you indifferent!
I recommend it!
A stylish, cozy hotel. With a smiling and friendly staff, ready to help with everything instantly. The cleanliness and facilities at the hotel are excellent. The rooms are wonderful, although small, which is normal for a city hotel. A chic restaurant on the top floor with panoramic walls. You can see the Golden Horn, the Bosphorus, and the Sea of Marmara. The kitchen is gorgeous, all the dishes are delicious. The chef and all the staff of the restaurant are above all praise, everything is at a high level. The location of the hotel is also good. All the historical sights of ancient Istanbul are within walking distance, everything is nearby.
And the main advantage of the hotel is Irina. It is a great luck to meet such a hospitable, hospitable, sympathetic person. He will tell you everything, help you with everything.
I recommend the hotel to everyone, and we will stay there ourselves on our next visit with great pleasure.
A small but very cozy and nice hotel. Beautiful interiors both in the lobby and in the rooms, a well-thought-out lighting system, a good shower room with comfortable shelves (this rarely happens in hotels!), with bathrobes, with a large set of everything for hygiene. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 on the covered roof terrace, and it's great both for the food and the views of the Bosphorus! There is only one comment - there is no place to put clothes. There are hangers in the closet, and the space below is occupied by a mini-bar, there are no shelves. The drawer at the bedside table slides out, and that's it. It would be possible to put a rack-hanger against the wall, but for some reason the owners do not do this, and the clothes pile up on the banquette, there is nowhere else. Nevertheless, the hotel is generally excellent.
A charming little hotel filled with comfort! The staff here is truly hospitable, and I would like to express my special gratitude to Irina. Cleanliness and pleasant aroma reign everywhere. You will be offered fragrant Turkish coffee and tea. Check-in takes place very quickly. Board games and books can be enjoyed in the cozy lounge. The only thing I would change is to add a floor lamp to create a more intimate atmosphere.
I recommend it!
A good hotel in the very center of the old city - Sultanahmet district. Already in the lobby, there is a claim to oriental chic with an invigorating smell of air freshener.
Of the advantages:
- proximity to the center and to the sea;
- courteous staff and cleaning service every day;
- plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around;
- smart TV.
Of the cons:
- There is no central heating. You can set the air conditioner to +30, but it's not clear if it will help if the temperature outside is +3 (we were in a warm week, so we turned it on only occasionally).
- Cardboard walls. You can hear absolutely everything that happens on the stairs and in the neighboring rooms, it's very difficult to sleep in such a noise. On Saturdays, you can still hear music from the restaurant on the veranda of the last floor.
- Since there is no heating, you will not find a heated towel rail in the bathroom either - you will have to dry yourself with wet towels or change them every day, and it will simply be impossible to wash the laundry if necessary.
- There is no basic coat hanger, so if you travel in the cold season, you will put it on a chair, armchair or bed. It's a small thing, but still inconvenient.
- Breakfast. Firstly, it's until 10:30 a.m., so if you don't plan to get up early and want to lie around longer, choose a reservation without breakfast. Also, despite the fact that breakfast is as varied as possible (many types of cheese, sliced, olives, muesli, dried fruits and jams), the choice of something neutral and familiar is extremely small (nuggets, potatoes and boiled eggs).
In general, if you plan to visit the maximum number of attractions, and only spend the night at the hotel, this is a very good option. If you want to be able to relax and unwind in your room, then it's better to choose another place.
Friendly staff, sorry they don't speak Russian... Excellent rooms, delicious and hearty breakfasts, coffee and tea at the reception without restrictions, convenient location next to two historical creations on the Bosphorus Strait.
Honest 4 stars.
It's not a big room, but you can't find a big one in such an area for normal money, but only for space money.
The bed is soft, the pillows are fresh, the room quality is 5*
The staff was 5 *, the breakfasts were 5*, we did not have lunch BECAUSE we were always full until the evening after such breakfasts.
The location of the hotel is the most suitable for a first visit to Istanbul, close to attractions for at least three days of walking.
In general, we highly recommend
A super hotel with an excellent location. The cafe is both at the entrance and on the terrace overlooking the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia Mosque and the Marmara Sea.The room was triple, clean and cozy, cleaned every day, there is a mini bar in the room for a fee, as well as a safe.Breakfast was included:a chic and dense buffet with a variety of goodies. The staff is good-natured, helpful, there is a Russian-speaking Turk.Seda (the hotel administrator) surpassed everyone, she was very kind, even shed tears when I left them. The transfer is served, all the conditions are very cool.I definitely recommend the hotel!
The room was cold, poorly cleaned, after cleaning they consistently forgot to put water, tea and shower gel, shampoo, they did not always bring it to the reception at the request. Breakfast was meager, mostly vegetables and boiled eggs, cereals and a couple of types of bread, and an omelet was served hot every other day. The cakes (only one kind) were treasured, there were no oriental sweets. Fruits include wormy apples and sour tangerines.
A completely different level of service was expected for 4 stars.
If your goal is to visit the main attractions of the old city in Istanbul, you are definitely here. The cozy hotel is located within walking distance from the main pilgrimage sites. Excellent staff, small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfasts are quite normal, porridge on request, and eggs in any form: omelette, scramble, fried eggs. lots of snacks, salads and cheeses. tea and coffee in unlimited quantities. Breakfast is served on the veranda overlooking the Bosphorus. Many thanks for the communication to the manager Irina. She showed everything, told us, and in general was our target designator. the couple made nice gifts for their birthday. We will definitely come back to you.
I liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, good room cleaning. The shower room is very large. We lived on the 3rd floor. There is a Hammam in the hotel. The breakfasts are varied to suit every taste. Fruits, vegetables, cereals, breakfast cereals, dried fruits, a large selection of cheese. Tea, coffee, juice. For every taste. There are many restaurants around. There is a restaurant on the roof of the hotel with a wonderful view of the Bosphorus! The transfer was ordered to and from the hotel at the hotel. But the highlight of this Khalid hotel! Everything that is desirable to see and where, how to go. We have received information from Khalida! Special thanks for that. Most of the attractions are within walking distance from the hotel.
A great hotel for your money.
The number matched the photos.
Cleaning is daily and neat. The location of the hotel can be said to be ideal. The street is full of hotels and restaurants. (there are no shabby buildings and markets.)
It's quiet at night (to be fair, the room was kindly allocated not to the street at our request). For which special thanks to the night administrator.
The walls of Hagia Sophia are a 3-minute leisurely walk away.
Breakfast is not served in the rooftop restaurant, but on the ground floor.
But very dense and very diverse. Separately, I would like to note the work of the administrator of Erhan in Breakfast zone.
He is always kind to guests, the smile does not leave his face. It's good to start the morning with his positive attitude!
The hotel's rooftop restaurant is beyond praise. They doubted whether it was worth spending the evening at a hotel restaurant, but they did not lose 100% by choosing it for the final evening before leaving.
An incomparable view of the city and of course the Bosphorus. Restaurant kitchen for 5+. Beyond praise. In other words, the impressions of staying at the hotel are worth the time spent writing a review. Thank you.
A great little hotel in the heart of Istanbul! Very friendly and positive staff, solves all issues in five minutes
, the location is just a bomb! We went for a walk at night, there are no people in the square in front of St. Sophia Cathedral, such a thrill!
Breakfast on the veranda on the top floor, view of the Bosphorus🔥🔥🔥
To be honest, the location is great, but the rooms are not very good. If you take a room, then in principle only on the upper floors, breakfasts are worse than in simpler hotels. The hotel is not worth the money that is being asked for it. This is purely my opinion and it may differ from others
The hotel is not bad in principle, it pulls in a four. There was a strong smell of cigarettes at night, but there was no such thing during the day. Of course, some rooms leave much to be desired, especially those located on the ground floor. Sometimes they put you in such rooms first, while the reserved room is occupied, only when the reserved room is vacated you are moved. The walls are cardboard, you can hear every rustle from the neighbor's room. The buffet is not small, but also not the largest, the food is normal. The restaurant, which is located at the hotel, is very expensive, and the quality of some dishes there also leaves much to be desired. It is good that guests sitting on the terrace are given a blanket in the evening.
The hotel is quiet, clean and cozy. It is located near the main attractions of the ancient city. I thank all the staff for their work 🙏
The breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the Marmara Sea are simply divine
A very good hotel for tourists who want to see the city. A hearty, varied buffet in the morning. That is, what he took, he ate.
In terms of excursions - no questions asked, the hotel staff helped, prompted, even ordered everything themselves. Special thanks to the administrator Julia, not a single question remained unanswered, and what they did not know, she suggested. I wonder how you can keep up with everything? And the staff will control during breakfast, and help the hotel guests to understand the Turkish peculiarities.
Rooms for relaxation are just right, without excessive luxury, shower and Wi-Fi for the evening. Cleaning every day. If you gape and do not refuse to clean, they will clean without a reminder.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the main historical monuments. Yes, and the tram is not far away, taxis are expensive. There are many restaurants nearby where they cook right in front of you. We got hooked on one, we went there for dinner all the time.
Atmospheric, cozy, clean, there is Irina, a translator into Russian, a good mattress, breakfast with a view of the Bosphorus in a small restaurant on the roof, on the fortress walls of the ancient city
The historical center of Istanbul. Two iconic mosques and cisterns are within 5 minutes' walking distance. The breakfast seemed rustic, but the service is excellent. Rooms with a full set of toiletries. It's 2 hours to the airport, but that's another story…
I'm thrilled!
Let's start with the hotel: convenient location, all the sights are within walking distance. The rooms are very cozy and clean (there is everything you need: a safe, bathrobes, slippers, towels, shampoos, gels. Kettle, mugs and mini bar)
Breakfast: takes place on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus, I did not want to leave there. The food is varied and everything is very tasty.
Staff: very friendly, they will help and prompt you with any questions. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel Irina, she is not only a wonderful manager, but a wonderful person. I am incredibly grateful to you for your help, for being always in touch and for being able to make me feel at home.
I definitely recommend this hotel!
I liked the hotel. It's very cozy, you can say atmospheric. The service is good, the cuisine in the restaurant is delicious. We spent the Christmas holidays in a warm and very friendly atmosphere.
A wonderful hotel! I liked everything very much. The staff is kind and helpful. I was especially captivated by Khalida! The hotel manager is a great girl, she greeted us very warmly and escorted us out. I want to express my special gratitude to her! The hotel is in a very convenient location. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. It is very clean and fresh inside. Recommend
A great hotel with a very good location! The staff is attentive.. a wonderful panoramic restaurant on the 5th floor! The breakfasts are a bit monotonous, but it doesn't bother)
Everything is cool, I definitely recommend it. The prices are adequate, the service is excellent. I celebrated my dr at the end of March 2023, I liked everything, I found this restaurant by chance according to reviews and I thought, as always, bullshit, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend it.
January 2022 We just got home. Very fond memories of the holidays and the Byzantium hotels. It is located within walking distance from the sights, the room is warm, clean, we had enough for breakfast, there is lentil soup daily. I would also like to wish you porridge). And dining at the rooftop restaurant overlooking the sea is excellent! The staff is polite and helpful. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking manager Holida, how would they navigate in Istanbul without her, I do not know, she explained everything in an accessible and patient way, every day she learned how to relax, what questions. We express our gratitude and success to all the staff! And we want to come again! Ufa, Alfiya, Mirzayan.💖
You can spend the night, actually, and live when you arrive in Istanbul. There are many interesting and informative things within walking distance. Including the mosque where Suleiman and Roksolana are buried. A good SPA in the hotel. The staff is friendly, very.

We went to the spa complex. I really liked it!
Incredible atmosphere, friendly, positive and friendly staff. They will do it 100 percent, and even more! I recommend it, you will definitely not regret it! Super relaxation and great mood are guaranteed!
A twofold feeling . Everything is new, the breakfasts are good. The hotel has 16 rooms, each room is very small. There is a view of the wall from the window. We chose it for the price and proximity to the old center.
we stayed at this hotel for 2 days. they asked for a second blanket. they brought it only the next day

The hotel is not bad, but the service is not very good. And the services included in the price included a sauna and a hammam, but in fact everything is paid. The location is good, everything is nearby
I haven't even spent the night yet, but I already liked everything. Irina, the manager, greeted me like a friendly hostess. None of the hotel managers has ever been so responsive to a guest
Super location: 5-10 minutes to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi. The hotel itself is clean and cozy. The cleaning is excellent, the breakfasts are traditional Turkish, buffet.

It doesn't even smell like a foursome. Dead old rooms, almost nothing is cleaned, holes in the walls, age-old dirt in the corners, fungus on the walls, half of the lamps do not work, the windows are blown, the interior is assembled from what was. The breakfasts are weak, the buffet is poor, but often everything is too salty. The Internet is disgusting, barely worked, and on the last day it completely disappeared. The location is convenient, in the historical center, but this did not save the terrible hotel
