A Wonderful Stay for a Special Anniversary!
We wanted to give our beloved grandmother an unforgettable experience in honor of her anniversary, and we chose The Canvas Dubai – MGallery Hotel Collection. From the very beginning, we were impressed by how attentive the staff was to our wishes. It was Grandma's first time in Dubai, and we were a little worried about everything going perfectly. But all our worries turned out to be unfounded!
The room was excellently equipped and had a stunning view of the city. The comfort and coziness made the stay especially pleasant for Grandma and my aunt. The staff took care of every step we took, from meeting us in the lobby to servicing the rooms. We felt like real VIP guests!
Special mention should go to the hotel restaurant. The food was exquisite, and the menu was diverse, so everyone found something to their taste. The chef even prepared a special cake for Grandma, which was a wonderful surprise and added magic to this day.
But most importantly, it’s the atmosphere. The hotel combines elegance with warmth, creating a sense of homely comfort amidst luxurious interiors. Every corner of this place breathes history and art, making it the perfect choice for those who appreciate beauty and comfort.
Grandma returned home full of impressions and memories that will stay with her forever. We thank the entire team at The Canvas Dubai for their professionalism and attention to detail. This was the perfect place to celebrate such an important event, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something truly special!

In fact, swimming is not allowed in the pool, which is painted on all the photos. We tried it several times, were constantly refused (there were no other swimmers either)

An old, shabby hotel, mold everywhere, all the furniture is broken, in the sense of everything.. the constant smell of dampness..
Just think very carefully before choosing..
and here, too, mostly Hindus..

The hotel is very nice! I will not describe it, all the description is on the Booking website, or other booking services, but I will write the shortcomings. I would put him 4*, he doesn't pull 5.
There are several points here:
1. The description on the Booking does not quite match, namely what is provided in the room (we did not have an iPod dock, although the description indicates)
2. The free bar is also indicated in the description, but in fact, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told to pay a deposit, allegedly for the services provided (if they used it, they will write off the money, if not, they will return it), but the deposit amount was huge (700 dirhams, that's almost 13,000₽), we we refused to make a deposit and the free bar was removed from our room. So-so attitude to customers in the hotel 5*
3. The room is dirty, the carpets on the floor are dirty, so you don't walk barefoot. The doors were sticky. Otherwise, they cleaned well, but for some reason no one noticed these things.
Well, that's all! If this hotel is at a discount, then definitely take it, you will not regret it, if not, then look at other options. Thanks!

Very friendly hotel staff. The interior is unique. Superior rooms. The price corresponds to the quality, but the quality is higher in comparison with the same hotels in Cairo and Istanbul.

Firstly, this is not Melia Dubai, but The Canvas Hotel Dubai - MGallery.
Secondly, this is a terrible hotel, not worthy of 5*. The entrance to the hotel is through the parking lot, there is no path or sidewalk. The location of the hotel is creepy, around the oayon, where guest workers live. The smell in the corridors of the hotel has become mixed with smelly flavors. The rooms themselves are dirty, old, shabby and dilapidated. The Sofitel grid should be ashamed that their name is emblazoned on the name of the hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone.
