خدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئة جداً ، لا يقمون بتنظيف الغرفة لمده عشر ليلي لم يكنسو الارض ولا لم يغيروا تغطية السرير وكذلك المناشف في الحمام لم يتم تغييرها بشكل يومي وانها غير نظيفة . The room cleaning service is very bad, they don't clean the room for ten nights, they didn't sweep the floor or change the bed covers, and the towels in the bathroom weren't changed daily and they were not clean.

I loved the hospitality and attention to detail. I think the food is good too but very limited options for halal food and the food is overhyped but it doesn’t mean it’s bad. It was really good .

One of the best and most wonderful hotels in Moscow, quiet and beautiful, with wonderful and excellent services, and the Novikov restaurant is delicious despite the high prices.
