The baby's teeth were treated under sedation. All the staff are very polite and attentive, they explained everything kindly. We also had such a situation - the baby ate a couple of spoonfuls of mashed potatoes, and according to the protocols, it is impossible to enter anesthesia so that the contents do not get from the stomach, God forbid, into the lungs. No one reproached or condemned, on the contrary, very gently, but refused to treat. They immediately offered another time, a little later, because they understood that we were going to Minsk from another city and were determined to cure our teeth. They treated our problems with attention, did not swear, found free time (I understand that the doctor took us to cure our teeth at lunchtime). Anesthesia was given strictly, as long as it took for treatment, not a minute more. Everything was calculated correctly: they did not take extra money. They called asking about the baby's well-being. In general, it is clear that both doctors and all employees work for children, for people. A very humane attitude. Many thanks to the doctors, anesthesiologists and staff! Despite the fact that people come here from all over the republic, they have found the best option for us. Gently, but persistently, they refused to treat the baby's teeth, because it did not take the prescribed time after eating, realizing that we were getting from another city and offered the best option. Although they had every right to refuse treatment. It's just a pity that without anesthesia and sedation, teeth are not treated there, only orthodontic treatment. I highly recommend it for those who have small children, are afraid of dental manipulations to vomiting and tantrums, or with special needs. By the way, adults are also treated for teeth under sedation. A very pleasant impression: clean, polite, pleasant. The baby began to act up and scream loudly from hunger, the doctor came out and sooooo politely and ethically asked to walk next to her in the park so that the baby would switch, and we would not interfere with the doctors' work. Good day everyone! This is not a hyped review, I would really like to support worried moms for the teeth of their babies. Unfortunately, at 1.4, my son had already started bottle caries, at that age you can't agree with a baby to go for treatment voluntarily, much less sit quietly in an armchair for about an hour with your mouth open and do some manipulations. There was nothing else to do but treat the teeth under sedation. The front teeth near the gums became a terrible gray-green color (in just a couple of months, caries disfigured our teeth with night bottle feedings, even tuss mousse and elmex did not help, in such a situation you need to be stricter and completely abandon the bottle and the mixture / compote / and juice is generally rare). On 11.09.24, my son's teeth were treated at 1.5 under sedation (dentist Kostyukovich A.S., anesthesiologist Zemets E.A.). Thank you so much for helping my baby find a beautiful smile again, I was nervous like any other mother, but you so disposed to yourself, put everything on the shelves that the stress immediately disappeared. And during this procedure, the edge of the child's mouth was torn very badly. I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life, they always tore my teeth and my children's teeth out, and somehow managed to do it without causing additional injuries. And here the child is sleeping, lying motionless, time is unlimited, really it was impossible to try carefully. I think this is just a disregard for the child's body. Almost two weeks have passed, the wound is not healing, the child is suffering. That's why it's a minus. As it is, there are no questions about the rest. Time will tell how the teeth are healed.

On 08/01/2024, 4 teeth were removed for a child. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the clinic. The girls at the reception are always responsive - they will help you quickly, tell you by appointment. They will find a window if someone refused. There is no such thing that you were put in a queue (waiting list) and no one called. I am also very impressed that the next day they called and asked about the child's well-being. Special thanks to the attending doctor Irina Vladimirovna Krotova and anesthesiologist Makar Maxim Alexandrovich - your professionalism is beyond praise. Everything is correct: from the consultation to the process itself, all questions are answered correctly, they suggest further management of oral hygiene. They help to choose tactics for the child without sedation, so that in the future the child is not afraid to treat her teeth. Since we are old enough (8 years old) and dental treatment without anesthesia can already be considered. In fact, for 8 years of my daughter, I choose only the Family Dental Center and have never regretted my choice. It's strange, because we had previously applied to this dentist several times and had a consultation before treatment without any problems. Children are now being consulted on photos in Viber

We passed all the tests , sent them to Viber and that's what happened next. They trampled on height and weight , I wrote. Dahlia was asked for a full-length photo. I deducted it . An SMS message arrives -Unfortunately, given the anatomical features (short and thick neck, increased deposition of adipose tissue in the neck and chin), sedation on an outpatient basis is contraindicated. There are high risks of anesthetic complications.
We recommend treatment in a hospital setting. And now we are completely disjointed. No one called me or explained anything . It's just that a refusal is received by SMS via Viber. A very large sediment remained.

Out of politeness, they offer a waiting list (more than once, according to this scheme, no one called and suggested that time was free ...)
But in this case, the retainer just came off, so the main problem is the inconvenience, well, the teeth can move, the retainer holds them. We agree to the waiting list, during the recording it turns out that the doctor accepts only if the bracket system was installed in this clinic. That's the number! And what kind of doctors do you have? With what category, experience? To change the retainer or glue it (the specialist knows better here)
that's the problem. With the current level of migration, who is being treated in your clinic today, where will they be in 15 years???
As a result, they offer:contact your doctor at the clinic where you were treated. And it was in Moscow, thank God the doctor is not retired yet!!!
