A really cool place in Tashkent! The atmosphere is cool, the renovation is beyond praise. A lot of food is brought quickly and it is delicious. But the most important thing is the staff. I wanted to give 4 stars due to the fact that there is no wi-fi in the restaurant, and we are on international roaming. Thanks to the waiter guy, he distributed the Internet for me. If all the "Tea houses" were like this, we would only go to them. Everything is very well done, excellent design, concise interiors and pleasant menus. But the main thing is: it's wildly delicious, it's just not fair! It was a pity not to finish eating, but the portions are large, and we don't eat that much. Very tasty kebabs, excellent okroshka, awesome assorted white cheeses... and so on. Lamb seeds are slightly salted, Pavlova's interpretation is too unusual, but in any case it's 5+ and I want to go try more.

Pilaf is like our pilaf, which is made in Russia by good housewives themselves...but, Uzbek pilaf is more delicate in taste, it contains cumin in moderation, raisins and chickpeas in moderation, that is, a little, but enough to feel the flavors.The pilaf is not greasy...the oil is in moderation, just perfect, it is neither dry nor overflowing with oil.Rice ... yes, rice is long-grain and seems to be slightly underdone, but it gives a pleasant texture and does not worsen the taste in any way.Separately about meat...there is a lot of it, very gentle.. it is very soft and delicious.Well, that's it...in my opinion, this is homemade pilaf ...only perfect))))Would you like to try again?Yes!!!Everyone liked the pilaf!)Tomato salad was served with pilaf, they are not yet summer, not those from which you lose the power of speech, let's just say they are delicious, sprinkled with white powder, it turned out to be grated kurt (salted fermented milk product dried, stored in the form of balls).
