The prices are quite high, even for a specialty coffee shop. There is a clear lack of interesting flavors and combinations in the menu - everything is quite conservative and basic.
You order coffee via tablets. There are only 2 of them. At the same time, the idea of ordering via tablets is not entirely clear, because another employee is on duty nearby, helping to pay, as well as transfer coffee and orders to visitors. It looks a bit redundant or like an unfinished process.
There were 2 visits to the coffee shop. The first time was with the order of True White. There are as many as 2 baristas at the counter, the cooking time was about 12-15 minutes with 3 orders in front of me.
The coffee is good, the taste is balanced, there are no questions.
The second visit didn't come to the order, because the girl at the tablet was telling the visitor about the coffee and ignored the new ones. 5 minutes of waiting, and I had to leave. At the same time, both baristas were working with coffee machines.
As a result, there are a lot of staff, low work speed. What could be automated with tablets does not work in the end and acts as an additional obstacle to receiving an order. The coffee is good, but not so good that you can wait so long for the usual basic drink with you. The prices do not justify any of the points.
The Coffee: Brazilian coffee with Japanese vibe
Yes, we were also surprised why the Brazilian coffee chain has Japanese characters everywhere, but such a joke. As they write on their website: The best of Brazilian coffee combined with the purity and perfectionism of Japan. In 2024, they launched in Puerto Rico, Malaysia, Canada, Australia and... Armenia. We went there on the very first day, and a little later (giving a chance to adjust the processes). It turned out to be interesting, but in Yerevan they have someone to compete with.
Coffee: 7.5
So far, there is no alternative, but there is a good La Marzocco coffee machine, and V60 and others promise to launch soon (judging by the menu on the website, they have already launched). The grain, of course, is from Brazil. They didn't explain it to me more specifically, but again, judging by the site, it's Arabica from the Carmo de Minas region. A fairly understandable variety, very balanced. However, in Americano it seemed to me too watery and simple. Even though the baristas claimed a double shot of espresso (although they pour 36 ml of water through 18g of coffee and it seems like it's just a standard espresso), it was weak. But I liked the flat white. It felt strong, but in some amazing balance with milk. You usually drink flat and there's a tooth-crushing shot, it's just a bit bitter. There are various desserts and sandwiches from the food. In general, you can view the entire menu here.
Interior: 9
Well, it will be difficult to find fault here. Yes, the place opened instead of our favorite Kaufman burger, but of course, the interior was renovated, everything is now neat, bright and, by the way, even a little Japanese-style. A lot of wood, a lot of white, everything is pretty. From the unusual — the order is made from a tablet from the counter, and cards are more welcome for payment (but the cache, of course, will be accepted). Visually, everything is quite solid and beautiful. There are about 20 seats, but so far they are empty — it is difficult to estimate how it will be there when the guys with laptops sit down. Still, there is still a little lack of a place for the soul.
Music: 8
Very quietly (I would even say indistinctly), calm music of some kind of implicit style is playing. It is diluted by the noise from the counter, the buzz of the coffee machine, but in general it is comfortable. Maybe something will change with a full landing, but so far it's good.
Toilet: 8
He's the only one here, but he's there, and that's good. It's a pity that there is no Japanese Uber-seat here, but everything is concise and stylish, to match the institution. In short, without frills, but clean, pretty and utilitarian.

If you're looking for a place to sit and chat with friends, and you happen to have more than three of them, this is definitely not the place for you. We have a company of 8 people. We go to a coffee shop every Saturday to sit and drink coffee, but this is the first time this has happened. Since the company is large, we wanted to move the tables so that everyone could fit. The distance between the tables makes it possible to do this: they stand close to each other, they do not need to be dragged to the other end of the hall. As soon as we wanted to do this, a girl ran up to us and said that it was forbidden to move tables in their establishment. When asked what this was about, she couldn't answer, "you just can't." When asked if we could at least take chairs and pull them up to the same table to sit down together, she said, "You won't fit anyway." In general, it seems like the guys panicked at the sight of a large company and just wanted to get rid of us so that God forbid they wouldn't cook 8 drinks)
And yes, there is no warning that it is forbidden to move tables and sit down in a large company in a coffee shop, of course. 🤡
Well, minus the coffee shop for gatherings, I do not recommend it for large companies.
