Today, on September 11, 2024, at 21 o'clock, I arrived here from a hotel in Hurghada on insurance -my tooth hurts very much. Everything in general is very fast-initially, the insurance company in Whatsapp agreed on everything, after 25 minutes they sent a transfer to the clinic from the hotel, the clinic gave a questionnaire in Russian, made a scan of the passport and voucher and sent it to the dentist. We communicated through a Google translator. Everything is clean in the office, sterile instruments, a doctor and a nurse in masks, everything is very friendly and clear. I explained what I was going to do (a difficult case, gum necrosis), cleaned everything up, put in medicines, then wrote all the recommendations, verbally explained once again how and what to do. And the sister in their clinical pharmacy took all the prescribed medicines for me for free! This is a nice bonus! Apparently, because they talked very nicely during the reception. In general, all the staff is open and friendly, and they try very hard to make the visit as quick and comfortable as possible. I was very afraid to be honest, but I was inexpressibly and pleasantly surprised. A transfer also took you back. Now I'm already in the room and writing a review, the pain has subsided, which indicates the correct actions of the doctor. I recommend it, God forbid, of course))))

The best hospital! They were brought on insurance with abdominal pain and a temperature of 39, did all the tests, provided a room for two with air conditioning, toilet and all amenities. They fed me and my mother 3 times a day. We lay in it for 2 nights / 3 days, made a lot of ivs, eventually revealed appendicitis and after 2 days no more pain, no fever! I am very glad that everything was cured medically and I did not have to operate on appendicitis. Amazing doctors, nurses, assistants, all managers. We did everything on insurance, except for one analysis. After discharge, they were given 4 plates of pills for recovery, all for free. Thank you so much for saving me and our vacation!

They were brought by insurance from the hotel. The child was severely dehydrated due to a bacterial infection, and we were pulled out from a temperature of 41... The food is very good, even the accompanying ones - the two of us, my wife and child, lived in the ward. A good hospital, friendly staff and speak English, a little Russian. But as it turned out, there is a Russian-speaking translator Daniil in the hospital, and even with a medical education. Very sociable, helped to calm his wife. The nurses help with everything, they are very friendly, they respond to all requests and pleas.

God forbid you get to hospitals while traveling, but if you have to, then everything is fine in this hospital, clean, tasty food, the attitude is normal. The staff doesn't know Russian well, but they shouldn't either, they communicated through a translator.

A private hospital, not a public one. All services are paid, but the prices are reasonable, the staff speaks Russian. I was not ill, I was diagnosed and examined, I liked everything.

The hospital with several departments is open 24/7.The emergency department (its own ambulances) , traumatology with its own CT, X-ray and ultrasound, surgery, pediatrics, maternity ward (which is important: with neonatal incubators).We have been contacted many times .Excellent doctors, attentive attitude!The child's arm was restored after a fracture in the Physiotherapy department, dentistry is excellent (they put a crown and treated -everything is fine, materials and work are excellent), traumatology works constantly, all tests and scans, including CT scans, can be done at any time, there is its own pharmacy (no need to run and search anywhere, everything is according to the prescription a doctor is available).Prices are not bullied, there is a discount system for residents (cards are issued)+they accept insurance.👍
