Really good hotel, nice view, good service, location, food and comfortable stay. Recommend to visit pool at the 16th floor and Soluna Beach on The Palm
This is a hotel with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai City center. With a spruce balcony and views day and night. There is a pool on the HS level with warm water, sun beds, towels are provided right up there.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The concierge explained everything at check-in, but it seemed that he wanted a tip, because he explained those things that are so clear.
The bed linen is very pleasant and soft.
Everything was included in the breakfasts. Croissants, pastries, passion fruit and rice with vegetables were especially delicious. The fruits were only sliced.
However, from the nuances: a toothbrush and a set had to be requested. There were even scales in the room, but they didn't work. You could have asked for bathrobes, too.
The room had a coffee machine with 2 capsules, milk, tea, and water.
Shuttles depart from the hotel to the center, but flights are not frequent (2-3 times a day)
If you want to get there by bus, the nearest bus stop to the Business center is 15 minutes.
By taxi 35 dirhams (yandex go or careen)
I recommend a taxi location with meters. They cost 15 dirhams.
Excellent hotel, well located, everything you need is around, plus a promenade along the canal bank. I highly recommend taking half board.
Positive:
- The hotel is new and clean
- Friendly staff
- Excellent food, varied and delicious food
- Nice pool, there are usually few people
- There is a nice pizzeria and a couple of minimarkets nearby
Minuses:
- If you're not lucky, the room will have a view of the road and the desert behind
Excellent, solid 4. Check-in is fast, if the room is ready, it will be checked in earlier. The rooms are large and comfortable, and there is free water, tea, and coffee. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer in the room. We stayed twice, rooms with a balcony. The balcony is closed upon check-in, you can ask the staff, the balcony is opened. The breakfasts are excellent, for every taste. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. Free shuttles from the hotel to the Dubai Mall, to the hotel beach at a rate. There is a minimarket 300 meters away. From the inside there is a magnificent view of the canal, an excellent option for morning jogging enthusiasts. Located in the Business Bay area. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to Burj Khalifa. There are no problems with taxi pickup.
The hotel is in a very good location, it was very pleasant to walk along the embankment to the shopping center :) literally half an hour and you are at the Burj Khalifa. Everything is cool inside, the cleaning is good, the staff is pleasant and friendly, we really liked the breakfast, delicious! The pool is not big but with a great view, in the evening you can watch the Burj Khalifa laser show :)
Of the minuses, there were some problems with the staff, then they gave the wrong number, then they waited a day for the key to be brought from the balcony. The first couple of times when we went to the beach, we were given a printout right away, and then the girl was apparently new for a very long time could not understand what we wanted from her. I would say that there is a lack of basic staff training.
The hotel is cool, although on the one hand it is a wasteland due to construction, the food is delicious, the staff is kind, the logistics next to the hotel is also normal, 2 km along the embankment to Burj Khalifa.
I really liked the hotel. The staff is helpful, they will always help and explain. It is best to exchange currency in advance for local dirhams, you can also pay in dollars at the reception, but the margin will be large. I also advise you to take half board, dinners at a local restaurant are above all praise. Honestly, we didn't even expect it.
Nice hotel
Among the advantages - half an hour to the Dubai Mall on foot and delicious food in the cafe on the ground floor.
Of the cons, everything else is far away and there are a lot of construction sites nearby. Next time I'll go closer to the sea)
