Review of The Flower Factory store
I was attracted by the beautiful design of the bouquets in the store. I have been living in Russia for a long time, and my relatives are in Tashkent. I wanted to make a nice gift for my mother's birthday and ordered chrysanthemums through the Flowow service (it allows you to deliver gifts from anywhere in the world).
The payment was successful, and the bouquet was supposed to be delivered between 20:30 and 21:30. However, at 21:20 the flowers had not arrived yet, and I began to worry. I wrote to the store through the service, but did not receive a response. Then I contacted Flowow support, and they contacted the store to speed up the process.
I thought the courier got lost somewhere, but it turned out it wasn't the courier at all - the store just didn't have the right colors! The supplier didn't bring them, but no one thought it necessary to warn me. Moreover, the product card still indicated that the bouquet was in stock and ready for shipment.
The store representative apologized and tried to blame the supplier. However, it is obvious that the blame lies with the store's employees, who did not inform me about the situation.
No compensation was offered. Instead, they offered to deliver a similar bouquet at 9 a.m., but I said that I would only be satisfied with delivery at 7 o'clock. However, the store refused these conditions.
I don't understand why delivering a bouquet at 7 a.m. turned out to be such a problem, especially considering that the distance from the store to the delivery point is only 20 minutes away.
At the same time, the bouquet cost twice as much as in September, although its price was much lower then, according to Flowow.
I regret that I did not study the reviews before ordering. As it turned out, there are a dozen people on Flowwow with the same stories.
As a result, I ordered flowers from another store, and they were delivered on time — by 7 a.m. Love your loved ones and do not order in this store.

Never come to this store... No receipt is issued for the purchase. Sellers treat customers very badly.
