I stayed at this hotel twice, and I was pleasantly surprised.
First of all, it is worth noting the location, there are many metro stations near the hotel, several piers and everything is within walking distance.
Check-in is fast, the staff at the reception are very friendly and polite, tell you all the necessary information and are ready to help with any question you have.
The rooms are bright, clean, very beautiful design, they have everything you need. It is also worth noting that despite its proximity to the road, it is almost inaudible, the sound insulation is very good.
The breakfast served in the restaurant is above all praise. The food is very tasty, everything is replenished on time, very delicious coffee is brewed which you can drink on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus.
The rooms are cleaned daily and of high quality.
The overall impression of the hotel is gorgeous, the atmosphere is very friendly, only positive emotions remain from the stay, so I will definitely come back again.

Highly recommended!
Positive:
- Very convenient location - you can walk around the entire historical center, Galata is a 2-minute walk away, and Istiklal is 4 minutes away. The metro station is nearby. Galata Bridge is nearby. The rooms have a beautiful view of the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus, but the truth is from the 3rd floor and above.
- The hotel and rooms are in very good condition and the interior is very beautiful.
- The breakfasts are good, they change a little every day, the whole standard breakfast set with eggs, sliced, booths, fruits, etc. Separately, it is worth noting that breakfasts are held on the roof with a great view!
- The staff are lovely, very professional and polite. Towels are changed every day. Water and coffee are also updated regularly.
Minuses:
- There is a road nearby and those who are not used to the noise of cars may not be very.

Excellent hotel, convenient location to Galata Tower. Modern renovation and very friendly service.
The only thing is that it's not very convenient with a small child, the hotel is on a hill, and it's hard with a stroller. But objectively, it's hard to move around with a small child in all of Istanbul (there are a lot of hills and cobblestones)

A lovely hotel near the Shishkhane metro station. Walking distance to the Galata Tower is 5 minutes, and further along the street. Istiklal all the way to Taksim Square)) A hotel for a relaxing stay, in an improved room there is a huge bed with 4 pillows, 2 blankets, an expensive mattress, snow-white linen. The panoramic window and the view of the bay are romantic! At the same time, excellent sound insulation. The shower room with a modern design bathroom is huge, with a rain shower. Finishing with modern materials. It is complemented by an electric heated towel rail, which is very popular in autumn and winter. The presence of a capsule coffee maker with refillable capsules pleased me in the mornings when I went out on the balcony with a cup of coffee and looked at the yachts and the mosque on the other shore. The hotel has an elevator, excellent renovation everywhere and designer locations on each floor. Breakfast takes place on the 6th floor with
a view, in the warm season it is an outdoor terrace, in winter it is inside with a large panoramic window. There is always something hot, excellent pastries, pancakes, and cheeses-olives-sujuk. The staff does not speak Russian, but a minimum of English is enough. The manager is always on site and quickly solves all issues: from check-in and upgrade, transfer and food preferences, to an offer to personally pour coffee and tea at breakfast. It was very pleasant. I recommend the hotel for business trips, travelers without small children and couples.

A great place for a traveler. We were there for three nights and this small room where you only come to spend the night is quite enough. Great location. Everything is nearby!! Galata is a five-minute walk away. The metro is nearby, the Bosphorus is nearby, everything is within walking distance) a good breakfast. We have specially chosen a hotel with breakfast.

The hotel is super! The staff is friendly, the room has everything you need for a trip: a dental kit, shaving kit, cotton buds, slippers, coffee maker. The view from the room with a terrace is amazing! I will definitely be back.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Cleaning every day. The breakfasts are modest, but hearty. Right next to Galata. There are many cafes nearby. But I didn't like that much next to the road. Noisily.

A wonderful hotel, the staff is simply excellent, all men are top class, they will help with absolutely any issue!
The breakfasts are okay, I would like more variety.
Geographically, there are Shishkhan and bus stops within walking distance, 10-15-20 minutes to the ferries, 10-15 minutes tram, 7-10 minutes Galata tower, 15 taksim
We were very satisfied, I heartily recommend it! Room 501 has a great view of the mosque from the balcony ;) It's amazing in the evening!
