The hotel is five, but as shabby as possible, like the whole of Turkey. Although they are trying to be at the European level, they are not succeeding. As I understand it, this hotel is used by people who stay near the medical center that is across the street. The air conditioner is central and the air from it is already blowing with dust and dirt.

They couldn't refund the money for the cancellation, the staff is terrible, everything is falling apart. They deliberately spoil dry cleaning items, bed linen with stains, several people can break into the room and start answering something in Turkish, they do not speak Russian on purpose, although they know it perfectly, they initially gave a room where the windows overlooked the bartender's workplace, they did not register a friend who wanted to come to my office guests

Merdan, the cashier at the hotel, liked it the most, speaks Russian very well, speaks English and French as well!the hotel itself is not bad.
