We had a rest in early April 2024
A great hotel in the heart of Pattaya. Breakfast for 5+, large green area, swimming pool. I would love to come back here again.

The bungalows are very cozy. The problem lies outside. I recommend not keeping the doors open. Tropical cockroaches and centipedes. Lizards are cool.
It is not accepted to change the bed linen. They have never been changed in 10 days.
The pool is gorgeous, the breakfasts are varied.
The location of the hotel is convenient for moving around the city, but you can forget about a decent beach.

There is a huge swimming pool, it is very convenient to run in a circle in the morning. It is better to choose rooms with a view of the pool, they are better in condition. The territory of the hotel is wrapped in greenery, there are many squirrels and birds.
The breakfasts are good, 2-3 dishes are periodically changed, but still there is saturation and I want something new. When renting a room, it is better to stay in the room and wait for a hotel employee. There are more frequent cases when Thais themselves take something from the bar and pass it on to you.
Bed linen is changed frequently.
The location of the hotel is very good. Nearby, within walking distance of the new shopping center Terminal 21, a road with tuk tuks.

A great cozy hotel, a large area is surrounded by greenery. The staff is polite and calm. Very conveniently located, in a quiet location, but within walking distance of a shopping center and markets, there are many tuktuks.
On the downside, they took to chlorinating and cleaning the pool at 9 a.m., when people were sitting on deck chairs around. In my opinion, it would be better to do the cleaning in the evening to ventilate overnight.
Overall, it's great, I want to return to this hotel.

I liked the hotel. Very convenient location for Patai. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. The shopping center is also a 5-minute walk away. We took a taxi to the pier from which we got to Kodan Island (called through the bolt aggregator)70-80 baht(150 rubles)the time is 15 minutes. The territory of the hotel is very green, the pool is warm and large, in the evenings they loved to swim in it. Breakfast is a variety of 2 types of soup, always fresh vegetables, fruits, 5-6 types of hot dishes (chicken, vegetables, rice, sausages and much more. Fried eggs are fried outside. The rooms are tired (especially the bathroom), but not critical. I definitely recommend the hotel.

We really liked the hotel in the center of North Pattaya, but it feels like you live far from the city. A huge amount of greenery, a very nice and large swimming pool. We lived in a bungalow, just great. Many people write about meager breakfasts and tired furniture, but we liked everything (price-quality for 5+) and the location and the staff and the food. We hope to come again.

The hotel as a whole was very pleasant, we were there at the end of November. We specifically chose this particular hotel accommodation, before that in May we were in Woodlands across the street.
On the plus side, decent breakfasts, who writes that they are very poor, apparently they always rested in Turkey, for Thailand the breakfasts are good. Of course, the location is excellent, near the terminal, tuk tuk stop (you can go anywhere), a large nice swimming pool. The rooms are quite decent, they were taken with a view of the pool.
Of the cons: there are a lot of vacationers with children, 90% of Russian vacationers, the sea is far away, if someone fundamentally needs the sea, then you will have to walk 20-30 minutes to the beach where you can swim.
In general, price = quality, for such an amount an excellent hotel, despite the disadvantages. Of course, you will have to walk for 10-15 minutes to 7 o'clock, there is a great cafe opposite, if you are too lazy to go somewhere, the portions are huge, do not take a lot, especially since they always give a compliment in the form of fruits.

A very cozy hotel. A large swimming pool. Nice spacious room. There are two armchairs and a table on the balcony, you can comfortably sit in the evening. Cleaned up every day. Breakfast is of the same type, but you can always find something to eat, you will not stay hungry. And there are always two or three kinds of delicious, ripe fruits. And most importantly, the hotel has a very good location. The road is close, from where you can leave in any direction. 5-10 minutes to the center by tuk-tuk. I recommend it!

The hotel met all our expectations, a fairly large and very green area, a good swimming pool, there is a separate children's pool. The cozy hotel consists of 5 three-storey buildings. The rooms are tired, but everything works, the water is cold / hot, the pressure is decent, the air conditioning, the TV is working, a lot of outlets, which is important)). Breakfasts are standard for Thailand. Of course, the highlight of the hotel is the green area, there are not many such hotels in Pattaya. We are happy with the hotel and the rest.

I really liked the Green Park Hotel.
We rested here for two weeks. The rooms are normal. There are mosquitoes, not many, but this is not a problem... Bought a device in an outlet and does not turn it off all the time.
The breakfasts are good, we didn't go hungry. The staff is excellent. Cleaning every day.
The only thing-I would like a bathrobe and slippers, this was not. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located near the intersection of Seconda, Bicca and Nakla. Next to the new Terminal 21, in principle, everything is nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Volkin on songteo in the afternoon, if there are no traffic jams. The pool is just a fairy tale - a whole river with variable depth, plus, separately, a children's pool.
The hotel building is built in a ring, an entire block. The transition corridors look out, the windows of the rooms all look inside, at the garden and the pool. Everything is very well maintained and tidy. The rooms are cleaned every day, shampoos are replenished in the shower, towels are changed. Towels for sun loungers can be taken on site, they are allowed to take them to the sea. You can walk to the sea along a small street and go down a ladder. I do not recommend swimming there, it is better to go to KoLarn.
Breakfast is a buffet, adapted for Europeans, lots of fruits.

Great hotel, good location. A gorgeous pool . Take rooms with a view of the pool (second, third floor). For us, the disadvantage is that there is no mosquito repellent treatment. They are everywhere . We bought a raptor-it didn't help. Some kind of cruel mosquitoes .
