I am unpleasantly shocked by the level of service in this restaurant.
1. We booked the banquet hall in advance and called a few days before the celebration to find out when to order food. We were told that it so happened that the wedding was scheduled for our date. It's that simple. And they began to offer a common room. It didn't suit us for many reasons. What is the point of booking, if anyone can be booked on your date anyway, it is not very clear. I don't know how the situation went away, but they still left the hall for us, but the sediment remained.
Due to the fact that we did not agree to the terms of the restaurant, the further attitude towards us was simply terrible. The order was accepted with a face filled with disgust. There were also dissatisfied people during the holiday. Let's fire these people if they don't like this job so much.
2. An important criterion for choosing a restaurant for us was that we can bring our own alcohol. Probably because of what happened in paragraph 1, this time we were given the condition that we must order 5 bottles on the spot. They also were not allowed to bring their sausages for slicing. They were persuaded only for fruit and for dessert by ours. We were counting on something else.
3. We were given children's places at the head of the table, although my husband and I celebrated our holiday and it would be more logical to make places there for us. When we pointed this out, we were told "why didn't you say so right away". And they left. We rearranged the plates, dishes and glasses ourselves.
4. The table was practically not monitored. We poured our own drinks (usually the waiters do it). Dirty plates, napkins, etc. were cleaned only when hot dishes were brought. And then we put the plates aside ourselves.
5. The apotheosis of all this was this. We brought our dessert (cupcakes). When it was time for tea, they just put our cupcake boxes on the table and left. This is the first time I've seen this. Usually you bring a cake to a restaurant, they will kindly cut it for you and distribute it to everyone. There was no need to cut anything here. But we had to give it all out ourselves.
6. The preliminary bill was incorrectly calculated for us. Among other things, we were not warned about the cost of renting the hall (of course, I did not include this in the preliminary bill either). As a result, they were simply confronted with the fact.
What did we pay money for? For such an attitude? Thanks, no need. This is all a huge mess. You've hit rock bottom with this service. I hope as many people as possible will notice this review and will bypass your establishment.
I don't understand the laudatory reviews. On Sunday afternoon, we went bowling, billiards, and a restaurant. Everything is at -10. The attitude of the staff is disgusting. You can not have your own food and drinks at the bowling alley, but also in the restaurant only if you have ordered in advance, and so only fries(. When ordering in advance, they asked for an advance payment of 50 rubles per person a few days in advance, as at a banquet, although it was assumed that we would just eat between bowling and billiards. In the bowling alley itself, you will only be offered pizza warmed up from a box... You start asking something, and they show you that you're preventing them from sticking it in the phone. In an empty restaurant, everything is pre-ordered ONLY. And I want to sit down, read the menu and choose. It's a restaurant! It seems that they agreed to make pizza, but after an hour, it seems that they can sit at a table, but at the exit, without background music, because the hall is being prepared for the evening. You don't feel like a guest, but a beggar. And you can't have your own.
The billiard room is mentally and physically outdated. You can't look at the sofas without crying, they're either waiting for a tie-up or a trash can. The tables look like they belong in a pub. The trash can is overflowing at the door, but the receptionist is languidly drinking coffee at a normal table on a normal sofa, plugging into the phone.
No desire to return. Melancholy, despondency and shame from the Atmosphere and attitude towards people....
