A wonderful cozy hotel on the shore of a picturesque lake. Stylish, beautiful design; friendly staff; clean large rooms (suites have rooms with a terrace overlooking the lake). The restaurant has a wide selection of dishes, they cook very tasty, the prices are reasonable. An amazing selection of signature cocktails. We will definitely come back again🤍

A small but very cozy hotel. All types of recreation. The first coastline. It is 5 minutes to the beach without leaving the territory. Excellent sauna with a 10m swimming pool. Massage room. Gazebos for picnics. Tennis court. The playground is outdoor. And there is in the room. The interior is very cozy. Excellent cuisine.

A lovely cozy hotel on the shore of the lake with a stunning living room, nice rooms and a chamber pool with sauna. The beautiful design of all the rooms pleases the eye. There is a beach and a pier where you can spend time, there is an outdoor gazebo for dining in nature.
The rest was a success for 5! I want to come back again

A very beautiful hotel!!! A real paradise for visual maniacs like me))) All the furniture, things, and wall decoration are perfect. It is very cool that you can have breakfast/dinner in any of the common areas on the ground floor. The feeling that you are not in a hotel, but at someone's house. They cook delicious. Breakfast is not perfect, but it is quite good. For me, everything is compensated by the surrounding beauty. The staff is polite. A great swimming pool, sauna with a panoramic window - you can warm up and watch a child splashing in the pool. The territory is small, there is nowhere to walk. A small private beach. You can take badminton rackets at the reception.

This is a new small boutique hotel with only 15 rooms, very cozy, atmospheric,stylish. The spa area with a large shallow pool with warm, comfortable temperature water,a wood-burning sauna,service, service is all on top,the Ie Pin restaurant, the cuisine is very tasty, even the usual cappuccino was unusually delicious,the waiters are well done, I especially want to mention the waiter's girlfriend named Karina,very pleasant,attentive,prompt and sensitive. There is a gazebo with a barbecue, a small playground, a volleyball field, a sauna on the lake shore. There is an interesting and unique library inside the hotel.

A very beautiful hotel, every corner is beautiful!!! One aesthetic pleasure is another of the advantages: a good, hearty breakfast, delicious food, designer rooms, and service. There are board games, books, a children's and sports playground, a chic spa. There are only 15 rooms in the hotel, so there are few guests, the semi-private atmosphere is very conducive to a quiet, relaxing holiday.
Of the cons:
the standard (10th room) is small, it is better to take a deluxe.
Some items were missing from the menu, and the menu itself is a little sparse, the check is above average.

I have rested in many places, so I can evaluate this hotel with an open mind.
First, the interior. Chic, thought out to the smallest detail. Very cozy, stylish rooms, in which everything is provided. A large comfortable bed, a large blanket. In some places, the double blanket is small, it is uncomfortable to sleep under it - a hole forms in the middle into which the cold blows, there is no such thing here. Sleeping is super uncomfortable.
Secondly, the atmosphere. dark tones, muted unobtrusive music, all this against the background of nature.. It is maximally addictive and envelops in tranquility. The whole hotel is set up to be calm. Very smiling and attentive staff. There is no Moscow arrogance, just nyasha. We didn't talk much about the birthday, but the staff congratulated us, brought wine and fruit as a compliment. Such little things always show very strongly the level of attitude towards guests and the level of the hotel.
Very small spa: swimming pool, sauna, swing. Everything is very intimate and calm. The swing is a delight! Towels and flip-flops are placed in front of the wet area.
There are many such thoughtful details about the hotel. Sockets for charging gadgets next to chairs and couches. Board games for every taste, so that the family can play in the living room in the evening.
A pleasant varied breakfast. Omelets, muesli and everything that is usually on the morning buffet. We had lunch and dinner there. They cook delicious.
Very well maintained territory of the hotel, its own access to the beach. Amazing nature, the lake is just a delight!

According to the statements of the website and the reviews of friends, the hotel can be attributed to a boutique, the design and concept of common areas really commands respect. The attentiveness and customer orientation of the staff is undoubtedly at a high level, they were responsive to late check-out and we were lucky, no one claimed our room. The territory is not large and in winter walks are more likely to be short, but in summer having your own beach is clearly a great plus. A free pool and a wood-burning sauna, with the aroma of these logs throughout the hotel, is a wonderful bonus. But keep in mind - after 20:00, all this addition is paid for by pre-order (not a minus, we understand that all this is not the size of a golf course and privacy in the evening before the company can be a plus. But if there is no reservation, you can probably leave it available to all guests). The restaurant's cuisine really meets the description and expectations.
Nauryz and Borovoye are a favorite time and place for guests to relax, but in order for the upcoming weekend after the holiday, the availability of dishes decreases sharply every evening, alas, this is not a boutique attitude. Guests at a boutique hotel should not be upset that the hotel has eaten all some products, up to still mineral water. A similar story has developed with wine, the feeling that the entire wine list is in a single copy. As explained at the hotel, since there are not many guests, they are forced to refuse a buffet, but they will be fed breakfast included in the price at any convenient place in the hotel - but then it turned out that if someone from the room got hungry and got up earlier, it is better to wake up their half or starve until she wakes up, they are served at number one Once, and all that remains is waiting in the wings. We were lucky on the second day and the staff's mistake allowed us to avoid such a bearish and not at all boutique service, I hope the guys will improve over time.
🟰 Perhaps, understanding how things are with the food service, you will have to choose another hotel next time, but the desire to return again remains, the main thing is that there should be improvements.

A wonderful cute family-type hotel. Very stylish and cozy. But, book a room in advance. This is a minus . You won 't be able to go spontaneously . The room has a kettle and a refrigerator, and all bathroom amenities.
There is a very small dining room for breakfast, you can sit in other areas. The choice for breakfast is minimal, but you can order porridge. Of the drinks, only coffee and tea. The water in the carafe was put on only on the second day of our stay .
A very beautiful area on the shore, with sun loungers and a pontoon for comfortable entry into the water. The water is the purest . The area is well treated against mosquitoes. It was possible to walk quietly in the evenings .
Only favorable impressions remained .
