It's a tourist destination, there are crowds of people, so the prices are sky-high, the deposit is 500 for admission, and the service is disgusting.
They don't record orders, they don't bring what you ordered. Regular coke instead of zero, rice with chicken instead of pasta with chicken.
By the way, the rice is disgusting, the chicken is just boiled, not fried, tasteless. This is at a price for dishes like a good restaurant in a five-star hotel.
At the same time, the card payment fee is not included in the price of the dish and for card payment they are asked to stand up and walk with their feet to the checkout. Like in some kind of market canteen.
Avoid it, it's not worth it.

The idea of the cafe is interesting and the view is pretty. The service in the cafe is 0, it simply does not exist, everyone is busy with their own business and does not care about visitors, but it is clearly written in the menu that 10% of the receipt will be included in the bill. Prices are above average. You just can't get to the cafe in the evening, you need a reservation, so call first and if you suddenly stay late, your reservation will be canceled. Rest in this cafe is 80% dependent on weather conditions, if it is cloudy, then there will be nothing to watch there.
