Everything is great!
The pleasant owners told us in detail about the house and conducted a tour. The plumbing works perfectly, clean bed linen and towels, dishes in the assortment. On the street there is a well-groomed lawn, a gazebo where you can spend a warm summer evening, a decorative pond and other art objects, it is possible to cook kebabs - there is a barbecue.

A great holiday home for a company! The location is simply gorgeous - it doesn't take long to get there even by public transport, but the house is located in a quiet, peaceful place, there is a lake nearby, and the central beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing company: a cozy veranda with a roof where you can hide from both the heat and the rain, on the veranda there is a stove, sink, table, benches, next to a very cozy swing on which you can sleep in the shade; a detached large stationary barbecue; quite a large number of beds, everything is clean neat; a great spacious dining room with a well-equipped kitchen and a large table that can accommodate a large company. The house is pleasantly cool, despite the heat outside, which is very important in hot summer.
I would like to say a special thank you to the hosts, very pleasant and hospitable people, as soon as we have the opportunity, we will come again!

A cozy, beautiful house in a wooded area of the city, a 10-minute walk to the park, but you need to know the route so as not to get lost. There is a large barbecue gazebo in the courtyard. The house has 3 bedrooms and 8 beds, but there is no 2nd floor. The living room has a lovely fireplace and a large table for company-very convenient. Underfloor heating is everywhere, which is also very convenient. The heating and hot water failed a little. Wonderful hosts.

A clean spacious house, a kitchen with everything you need, fresh linens, a well-groomed territory, an outdoor barbecue and a brazier with a table under the roof. Comfortably accommodated two families (4 adults and 4 children). I will note the location separately, it is quiet, almost in the forest, while you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes.

If you need a holiday home, then feel free to stop there. Clean, cozy, comfortable. The fireplace is a separate love. The barbecue area is fabulous. The pastels are clean, the furniture is all good, we slept well. Thank you very much to the hosts.

A great place for both family holidays and fun company. A spacious gazebo, barbecue, the house is cool, which is especially pleasing in the sultry summer. Central Park is ten minutes away. We were satisfied with the time spent in this place. It's cozy, like at home. We recommend it.

The house is located near the center, near a lake with ducks and a very picturesque view. It is very clean and cozy. There is a fireplace in the house and a barbecue area at a height. However, the booking announcement indicates 4 rooms, but in fact only three are rented, one is closed. Otherwise, no disadvantages have been identified.

The house is in the vicinity of a reservoir, that would be right))We rested in a large company, a completely acceptable option,clean, satisfactory condition of the beds and bedding,(which is not a little important!) A big minus, a shared bathroom ..., he is alone in the house, the second on the street. There are curtains in one room instead of doors)))))the park is a 10-minute walk through the forest.

To begin with, the agreements are not respected either in payment or in the provision of bedding, dishes, etc.
Tip: write everything you have agreed on on the contract and secure them with your signature!
A beautiful fireplace in the photo - get ready for the fact that it cannot be lit.
Beautiful large bathroom - there is no hot water in the house!
To my question, "There is no hot water. I want to take a shower, what should I do?" Should I say "Move out!" And we were evicted at 2 o'clock in the morning!
They said that the equipment broke down, it happens. But there was no water initially, they thought the boiler would heat up, but no. There was no hot water, we were just deceived...

It was awesome!!!!!! Underfloor heating, a living fireplace.... In winter it's the best! We also want to visit there in the summer. There is everything you need for a rest and a company and a couple.... There are more than enough beds. The hosts are very welcoming and hospitable. The owner even helped to heat the grill for the company of girls)))

Of the nuances , there is no air conditioner ...but, do not rush to look for another option, we rented a lot of villas and cottages, there are really no air conditioners anywhere ... maybe it's related to something...Otherwise, it is VERY neat. I repeat, there were many places. It's really very clean and nice to be here. We recommend it! Near the central beach. Another minus is mosquitoes, but this is a minus of the planet as a whole)))))))
