A small hotel (we were in early September 2024)located in a quiet location. The monument and Victory Park are a little over a kilometer away, and the city center is two and a little km away.
The staff is very friendly. Administrators: Irina, Hasmik, Arman, Avanes - thank you very much. Breakfast is included. The price-quality ratio is excellent.
I recommend.

My son and I rested in Yerevan for 5 days, stayed in this beautiful hotel) I especially liked the staff, they were kind, responsive,smiling, and felt at home😀
The room was clean, cozy, there was a small terrace... the only downside was that the breakfast was not a buffet, it was delicious, but unusual breakfasts for us…
The admin also recommended us a guide who showed us the most beautiful places in Armenia, his name is Hayk-polite, knows the history of Armenia well) (excellent photographer😊) it was interesting!

A super hotel! Good rooms, excellent location near the center, quiet, easy to find a place to Park our car, under the balcony. I didn't have to lift my suitcase to the 3rd floor, there is a freight elevator in the lobby! In good weather, Mount Ararat was visible from our balcony. A premium mattress on which you go into the realm of Morpheus instantly! There are good breakfasts in the morning. And most importantly, they are pleasant hosts, they told and showed everything! They gave us a super compliment, a plate of fruit and a good cognac! And this is usually only the lot of expensive hotels! I definitely recommend it!

Dirty pillows, someone else's hair on these pillows.

The first room was flooded while we were walking, the air conditioner did not work in this room
, they moved to the room above the floor,
There's someone's hair in the drain anyway.,
The plumbing is dirty, covered in plaque,
The linen is not clean, it smells like someone else's sweat.
Instead of eliminating the shortcomings, they offered to check out, although we stayed for 6 hours before the flight, booked according to reviews.
The carpets in the room are terribly dirty
There are no slippers or bathrobes. Towels are different, also not the first freshness.
In the evening, when we came, we called the room and the hotel owner called us down to talk, it was not very pleasant, to find out such things at night, it is not clear in a foreign country what they want.
He said don't worry, they don't wash the laundry, but the laundress, but that's not our problem.
In general, the message is this - I don't like it - go to another place.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff, modern rooms, clean, cozy. Breakfasts are choiceless, but you won't stay hungry.
There is a supermarket within walking distance. The city center is a 15-minute walk away.

Thanks to the owners of the hotel for their hospitality. Upon check-in, we were placed in a room of a better category than we had booked, simply because it was available for these dates, it was very pleasant. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The location is also good. We took 2 individual excursions in the hotel itself from the guide Ike: the best guide)) We had a great time with him for two days. I advise you to travel with a guide on your own, after all, an individual approach is very important and saves you time.
As a result, we are very pleased with the trip to Yerevan)

It's just a great hotel, very positive and friendly people. Mega delicious breakfasts, now I have plus three kg., this is the only thing that upset me. It is very well located, we walked to the cascade every day and back, but this road is for those who like to walk up the hill and up the steps))) for athletic and energized people, the most important thing is to walk around the sleeping city in the morning)

I settled relatives here, according to feedback - super value for money. We agreed to a late check-in at night without any problems. It's nice inside, there is a luggage elevator to the upper floors, a very hearty huge breakfast. The room was clean, no cleaning was done every day, probably it was only on request.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Plumbing, furniture, repairs are "tired", breakfasts are "something to give and eat", but price / quality attract. If you need to stay in that area again, I will choose The Land of Ararat again.

Super hotel- built from scratch, finished with high-quality, expensive materials, quiet split system, premium plumbing. The bed, the pillows are beyond praise, pillows are always a problem for me, but here I slept like a baby. The WiFi is fine, each floor has its own router. Manager Arsen krasavcheg - I ordered a transfer, the driver was 50 minutes late, so they didn't take money from me, they also stuck a barrel of wine in!))
One of the disadvantages is an alternative breakfast, prepared by a local woman with a piercing look from the series "eat and go away", well, maybe she had critical days at that time))). Yes, there is also no parking if anything.

The hotel is now called The land of Ararat on booking.
The room has a comfortable bed, but the carpet is stained, the room was not cleaned, we stayed for 2 nights.
The breakfasts are meager, not a buffet, all the photos in the reviews are not true
Food is brought out on a tray for you, and cutlery, the food is cold
The cooking room is untidy, the tables are all dusty
The payment terminal was not working
I will not return to this hotel again

Many thanks to all the hotel staff! They are very friendly, speak Russian well, and are ready to suggest and solve any issue. We really felt like dear guests) The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern, everything you need is there - hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, towels, bathrobes, kettle, dishes. New furniture, digital TV + Internet, good Wi-fi . The only thing missing was a hot towel rail. There is no central heating in Armenia. The air conditioner warmed us in the room, at a temperature outside of 0 +5 during the day and -5 -8 at night, we did not turn it off around the clock. The breakfast is portioned and hearty.

A great place to stay, not expensive, breakfast is included in the price, but it is better to book in advance in order to catch a room with a TV, shower and toilet. The hostel is 10,000 thousand. It's a long way from the center, but a taxi for 150 rubles can be reached in 12 minutes.. friendly staff, everything in the room is new and clean and everything works. 5 stars in Armenian! A new hotel. Bathrobes in the room, marble interior, original design solutions, a minibar and a bunch of other nice things. We lived in this hotel from 12/30/2021 to 01/6/2022. The room was never cleaned until asked, the room is very cold, there is no heating, only an air conditioner that dries the air, mold appeared on the wall! Breakfast consisted of a couple of sandwiches, tea/coffee, fruit. In the period from the evening of 12/31/2021 to 01/22/2022, the receptionist was absent at the reception, it was impossible to get through to the specified numbers! The hotel is located far from the center.
Among the advantages are new furniture and a view of Ararat, if you are lucky enough to see it!
