This is a very special place for me, as Vache Ovsepyan is my uncle. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to find out that the city decided to honor him in such a great fashion. The memorial is very tasteful, and fits well into the overall ambiance of cozy Abovyan street with its little squares, trees and shops.
