Didn't cleaned room within my entire stay there - 8 nights. Toilet seat is not working, the room is not clean. Wifi is bad

It's a disgusting place.
Problems with check-in, they drive around the city at midnight with luggage, without explaining anything. Just repeating the phrase "No problems"
The area, as it turned out later, is criminal. The view from the window is terrible, just almost into the wall. There is zero sunlight. At night, all sounds from the street can be heard within a radius of 100 meters.
There is no repair at all. There is mold in the bathroom, the shower is broken. On the floor, instead of the shower sides, there is just an abundant layer of sealant so that the water does not spill out. The shower door was broken, hanging on one hinge.
Cockroaches are crawling everywhere, lockers are not a problem for them. Crawling over food
Bedbugs even dare to get out in the early evening and actively run around the bed. All the skilled ones have left.
To the outrage about bedbugs, they first came and said that it was from the sofa, you move it away and it will be fine. Then they moved into the next room. And the next day(!!!!!) without disinfection, without treatment, new guests were settled there.
