A very pleasant place, rooms inside the courtyard, quiet, cozy, comfortable, homely. The room is spacious, very clean, and has everything you need. Many thanks to Luziza for the hospitality, delicious homemade breakfasts and the atmosphere. The guest house itself is located about half an hour away from the center, there are many places around where you can have a quick and tasty snack, and cafes and restaurants where you can sit and enjoy local dishes. If you have to visit Samarkand again, we will stop here again

A good place, with a great location. The main attractions are within walking distance. However, there are also disadvantages, a very hard mattress on the bed, in the evening and at night in rooms with a window opening onto a passing street it is noisy (conversations, music, etc.), a meager selection of breakfast dishes. But the friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere of the city and the country, pilaf, oriental fairy tales make these remarks insignificant. Thank you.

Quiet place, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.
A clean good repair, two rooms were rented, one shower smelled of sewage, the other room did not have such a thing.
A good breakfast.

A modern room in the guest house. The entrance is through a common courtyard, each room has a separate entrance. In the morning, breakfast is prepared, which can be eaten at the communal table. Mentally, comfortably, quiet area.

Very nice guest house. Attentive hostess everything is calm and unobtrusive. A very large dining room and a delicious breakfast. Wi-Fi is stable. The room is large and has a huge double bed. Large bathroom with shower. Body water dental supplies are not available. There is a kettle of coffee, tea and water in the room. I recommend. Guests from Bashkiria.

I recommend this guest house and I can say for sure that I would like to come back again🥰
The room is cozy and modern. Everything is at the highest level. Drinking water, kettle, coffee and tea, everything was included.
Breakfast is just something magical. The hosts are very friendly, they will always prompt and help. The sights are about a 30-minute walk away. This was not a problem for me, but if I was tired, then Yandex taxi to help👌🏻

At the end of March, we flew to Samarkand and lived in a Loft. The rooms are new, large, everything is very clean and cozy. The breakfasts are delicious, like at home. The hosts are very friendly and speak excellent Russian. The guest house is located in the city center. We highly recommend it!!!

It's a very colorful place. A vintage gas boiler in the room, a hard mattress, a competent layout of the rooms. Vintage ceilings. Beautiful courtyard. In general, it is a very good place to spend 3-4 nights if you are tired of hotels. In Uzbekistan, it is better to stay in a guesthouse of this type, for awareness and enlightenment. A very cool hotel. Just perfect, nothing to complain about. Huge new rooms, a large bed with a comfortable mattress. Good sound insulation. Not far from the center. Taxis are very cheap, you can easily get to any place in the city. In the morning, a delicious varied breakfast.

Not a hotel, but a guest house!!! I wouldn't have checked in if I'd known.
The rooms are clean, but it's cold and the smell of sewage.
Breakfasts are a separate story: a large living room with one table, you leave your shoes outside (no matter how you come to visit, this is a guest house) and you sit in socks.
Only the room rate is attractive.

We had a rest in February, the hotel is completely not ready to receive guests in winter. We had a gas stove in our room with an open fire - I was afraid both nights that we would explode (we hardly saw the staff, the breakfast was modest, the yard was poorly lit, it was so cold in the bathroom that it was simply not possible to take a shower
