We had a rest in early November. I liked everything very much. The hotel is clean, very beautiful, the food is varied and delicious, the staff is polite, the pools are clean, there are slides (the children really liked it), the sea is clean, the beach area is comfortable, round-the-clock meals, you can eat both by the sea and in the hotel, a variety of cocktails and stronger drinks in the bar, a visit to the cuisine restaurant to choose from (not even I know which one tasted better..). We had a room on the ground floor. In the morning we woke up to the fact that a huge bird was looking through the window. At first we did not figure it out, but it turns out that they have a tame peacock walking on the railings of the balconies of the first floor.. 😂😂

We had a rest from September 1 to September 7, 2024. The hotel is gorgeous! Starting from the lobby and reception desk and ending with the spa area. Friendly and courteous staff, lovely spacious rooms, immaculate clean pool. The restaurant is beyond praise! We did not even expect such a variety and beauty and taste! The serving of dishes is on top! You can always leave the restaurant and sit at the tables by the pool. Luxury sofas in the hotel lobby and lobby. Delicious tea is brewed in teapots. In general, to say that you get into a Turkish fairy tale is to say nothing! It's just amazing. The beach belongs to the hotel. There are many sun beds and canopies with shade. The purest sea. Own pier. You can have a full meal at the beach bar. Drinks around the clock. Alcohol is decent. No diluted as they say. Very good champagne and wines. The beer is flowing and it's really good. The impression of the hotel is gorgeous! The hammam and spa area are awesome! Sauna, salt room, massage, in general, everything your heart desires. We will definitely come back again and again! The hotel is very beautiful and large. There are 2 swimming pools, one regular, the second with slides + there is a free spa, gym, children's room, events are held in the evening. The varied cuisine is very pleasing. The staff is polite and pleasant. The rooms are beautiful, there is everything for convenience + a free safe. Cleaning is done every day or at the request of vacationers. There are bars on site, where there is a decent alcohol card and a children's cocktail card. The beach is the second coastal, comfortable sun beds, there is also a bar, but without cocktails. They also feed on time there on the beach, everything is sooo delicious! With or without a child, it's great. There aren't many plants here, but it doesn't matter. Cats are running around) We rest from 17.09 to 26.09, waves on the sea all days, this is the only minus, but the one that cannot control the hotel 😁 We recommend you to visit!)

A great hotel for a family or quiet holiday. Cleaning every day, linen change every three days. The food is varied, there are a lot of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Animation for both children and adults. There is a swimming pool, plus a children's pool. There is a water park, a children's room. The air conditioning in the room works well. The beach is across the street, there is food and drinks on the beach. Small pebbles. It is located on the outskirts of Alanya, which is very good for us, because there is no fuss and noise like in the center. The only drawback is that it takes 2 and a half hours to drive from the airport, it is tiring after an already 5-hour flight.

We had a vacation with our family in early October. There were moderate visitors, there was enough space for everyone. Dinner could be a little cramped, but that's if you come to the very beginning.
A lovely hotel with a great beach. The location and transport accessibility are not space (the outskirts of the city with active development), but for those who like walking there is an embankment, a separate exit to the beach and the presence of truly Turkish "boutiques", several coffee shops, etc. A little further there is a denser urban development, picturesque ruins of the old city, a cemetery, date palms grow along the roads. There is nothing interesting yet in the vicinity of the hotel - construction sites and greenhouses with bananas.
The beach of this hotel seemed to me to be one of the most spacious and comfortable in the surrounding area. Small pebbles, clear water, there is a private large pier - you can even dive (a couple of meters high). You can also book parasailing and boat trips there.
It is very convenient that there is a snack bar on the beach with "minimal" food and drinks, free ice cream on the beach for a couple of hours a day, tortillas are prepared. There is even a small children's slide there.
The atrium of the hotel is very beautiful. It seemed very familiar to me (I think this is a fairly typical option for Turkey and Greece). Panoramic elevators, a bar and a buffet nearby. The spa is located on the ground floor.
The food was excellent: soups, pizza, stews, grilled outdoors, fruits and vegetables, Turkish sweets, pickles and cheeses, meat, olives. You can assemble your burger, there is a shawarma machine by the pool: you can spin your own and put in as many ingredients as you want.) In general, the presence of mini-bars and snack bars in all parts of the hotel (and the territory is quite compact) will not let you forget about food and drinks for a second (this is critical for someone).
There was no seafood, but apparently they don't give it so often in hotels anymore... It also seemed that the theme nights in the restaurant were not pronounced and the dishes did not change much. Each visitor has one free access to the a la carte restaurant. But it's more for a change. The dishes, in principle, are not so much more refined than in a general restaurant and these are changes of dishes without a choice.
There are coffee machines and juice machines everywhere. There's a nightclub near the pool, but we didn't go there with the kids.) There are quite good water slides. Our children up to the age of 9 were delighted. Adults also regularly ride with them. Closer to the afternoon, there was animation, but also without much enthusiasm (maybe it's not the season anymore). Like one general darts match and we split up. At 21:00 there is a children's disco, at 21:30 there is a performance (or animation).
There is a hammam, a sauna, a salt room, a fitness room. The gym was upset that the treadmills were not working. I, and none of the visitors, were able to launch them on my own. According to the set of simulators, it is standard. It's enough to rest.
I was a little upset by the entertainment equipment: a "tired" children's slide with a pair of swings, a single tennis table with broken rackets, darts tied with duct tape. There are slot machines and billiards, children's buggies in the evenings. All this for a separate price list. A good children's playroom.
Overall, the impression is good. If you are not confused by the distance from the airport (about 2.5 hours to the hotel, but usually 3-4, since everyone needs to be transported), the outskirts of the city (construction sites and wastelands), a small hotel area (you won't walk around much), then a good option for a short family vacation.

I really liked the hotel. Cosy. Everything is very friendly. The food is good. Turkish coffee around the clock. Champagne, beer, alcohol around the clock. For the little guests of the hotel, it is simply paradise. Three pools. Water park. It takes 2 minutes and 12 seconds to walk to the sea. The beach is nice. Seafood for lunch and dinner always. In the evening, the grill is always on. They make a shawarma in the water park!!! Awesome There are tortillas on the beach. I really want to come back! The pool is the first in the hotel, the second in the water park and the third indoor in the spa. There is a children's pool everywhere.

We were shown to our rooms. We placed the children in a triple room, and we ourselves occupied a double room. The rooms are clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom, shower, Soap, shampoo, shower gel.
The balcony with a beautiful view from the window to the mountains and the pool was offered to us to re-paint from the road and we gladly went down to the dining room. Of course, my husband looked into the bar, which is open around the clock) (champagne, wine, whiskey, cocktails)
The food at the hotel is excellent! A large selection of vegetables, fruits, cheeses, desserts. There are enough hot dishes and meat.
You can have a snack and a drink everywhere. The snack bar is located both by the pools and on the beach. French fries, nuggets, cheese rings, everything for burgers, vegetables and fruits. Shawarma and ice cream at certain hours.
2 swimming pools. One in the courtyard of the hotel. Another one with slides outside.
The beach is immaculate. The water is clean and transparent.
There is also a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi in the Spa. The water is cool and pleasant there. There is a Finnish sauna and a salt sauna. As well as a hammam. We never got into the hammam, as it was not particularly included.
There is a gym, quite decent.

We are having a family vacation now (children 14 and 11) in Lumos Deluxe, 01.11.24, heat +28, sea +24. The hotel is very very decent, not fashionable and expensive, but very decent. The beach is small pebbles, the sea is clean, it takes a couple of minutes to walk. The food is excellent, always tasty and varied, there is nothing to complain about (different fish, delicious lamb, turkey, beef, seafood, grilled, lots of vegetables, herbs, fruits, sweets). The staff is attentive and helpful. There are Russian speakers, but it is better to have a minimum knowledge of English. There is enough territory, you can wander through the surrounding streets of the outskirts of Alanya. The content is decent: English, Germans, locals, Poles and Russian speakers, families with children and couples. The animation is unobtrusive, evening shows. A hotel for a midnight relaxing holiday can be recommended safely.

We had a rest in early November with a large family. The children are delighted. There is a water park, swimming pools, a spa, a warm pool, a street disco and a small club until one o'clock in the morning, a 24/7 bar with more or less normal alcohol. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The food is varied and delicious. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, clean, lots of sunbeds, the water is clear, there is also a bar and food on the beach.
I was upset only by the cleaning of the rooms (nominal) and the refrigerator was replenished only with ordinary water...juices and lemonades were not replenished, but they are always available at the bar at any time of the day.

Definitely 5* Varied and non-stop food, as they say))) On the beach, by the pools, in the restaurant, pastry shop and lounge bar - drinks, snacks and fruits. The issues were resolved instantly, they settled in at 11:00 and gave a room on the 1st floor with a view of the sea (between the trees, barely visible) The minibar is free, but it has not been replenished. The sea is warm, it was stormy for only a couple of days. There were enough sun beds for everyone. The entrance is shallow, small stones - it is very convenient with children. Both children and adults have tried the slides. The spa is free of charge. We took a bus from the airport for 4 hours, although 150 km. We stopped at all the passing hotels...Of the minuses: the sofa was broken when checking in in the unfolded form - it was replaced with an additional one.a sleeping place, a cot with a spring mattress. The hair dryer overheated and turned off, replaced with another one. That's probably all. There are many foreigners in the hotel, but everyone is friendly and welcoming, as are the hotel staff. The rest was a success for all 5!

We had a rest from June 5 to June 16 (2+1). The temperature during this period was +- 30-35 degrees.
We were at this hotel for the first time. Super! Super! Super! I liked everything.
The food is varied-chicken, turkey, grilled beef steaks, lamb (of various preparations), red fish, fish (sea bass, dorado) fried and grilled. once a week fish day - additionally shrimp, mussels, crayfish, crabs, sushi and (soy sauce just pumped up), etc. Salads are varied and very much. Bottled alcoholic beverages are poured on the bar counter-wine, beer, whiskey of normal quality. There were a lot of fruits - watermelons, melons, apples, pears, apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, strawberries, annas, bananas. It was a pity there were no cherries. We bought it at a nearby store. Sweets for every taste!
They were robbed in the room every other day. The room is standard without frills - a balcony, a mini bar, tea, etc.
The territory is clean, the beach is a 3-4-minute walk from the hotel across the street via its own underpass (it didn't bother at all). The beach is clean with small pebbles. The sea during this period was gorgeous, emerald clear, transparent and warm. There is enough free space on the beach. There is also a beach bar with a variety of food and drinks.
There were 2 slides by the pool where the child wanted to ride, but it was very hot and there were a lot of people. it feels like some people come to lie by the pool and don't even go to the sea (mostly they were British - there were a lot of them, loud and drink a lot).
Animation is so-so, nothing to worry about.
In the evening, you can walk both to the right and to the left, there are many chain grocery stores. You can pay in cash in lira or dollars (change will be given in lira), or by card (the Belarusian visa card was accepted everywhere). Prices compared to the Republic of Belarus are much more expensive (goods of imported production), something is cheaper (if it is local). The price of cherries was at the Belarusian level of 16-18 rubles. There is LC Waikiki nearby - prices are 20-30 lower than in our Republic of Belarus%
You can take a minibus to Alanya for 10 minutes and you are there.
The family was delighted! We will be happy to come here again.

We rested at Lumos 30.10-07.11 almost at the end of the season. We were very lucky, all the days were sunny and hot.
There are plenty of reviews about the hotel itself. I want to write a little bit about something else))
And so...There is a Migros supermarket next to the hotel, where you can go with dollars/euros and return with lira.
We walked to Waikiki and you know it's not the same store anymore. Prices have gone up a lot. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to it, and you can get there by bus.
There are two roads. One is next to the hotel, walk for 5 minutes and take the bus number 2B. And there is an expressway closer to the beach. Bus number 1 goes from there. The ticket costs 30 lira per person, which is about 3 * 30 = 90 rubles.
Tuesdays and Saturdays are market day. It is located near Waikiki. Small streets are blocked with tents and what not. At the beginning, vegetables / fruits, then clothes, etc.
We went Shopping once, the tour operator (Pegasus) provided us with a free shuttle service to the shops. We drove at the beginning to the Vento shopping center (2 storied), drove for about 40 minutes. The clothes are cool, beautiful, but not cheap.
Considering that it was the end of the season..I tried on an autumn coat for 32 thousand. Then we went to the 5-storey shopping center. We bought bath towels and hand towels there.
During the rest, we went on an excursion to the Canyon of Taza. We gave 16,244 rubles for 2 adults and a child. I'll tell you right away it's a long drive. We climbed the mountains in jeeps with amazing views, took pictures...For money, you can arrange video shooting from a quadcopter. After that, there was a mini zip line (cable descent), we had lunch and completed rafting - rafting on a mountain river. The water is icy. During the rafting, they filmed and took pictures. If desired, it can be purchased in rubles for about 2,500 + 2,500 rubles.

A wonderful hotel, worthy of its five stars! Chic style, interior, furniture. A huge selection of dishes and high-quality alcohol. Good wine, whiskey, tequila. What I liked personally is that there is no division and preference for one country or another. We recently returned from Egypt, so the bartenders there could not notice us at all and ignore us, and in front of the Germans they fell at their feet and serve without waiting in line!
Will we return once again to ,, Lumos,,? Definitely yes! We were in Turkey for the first time and were pleased with everything: Turkish hospitality, sea, food, attitude.

The food is varied (there is poultry, beef and lamb from meat), swimming pools, gym, evening program at the level!
Private beach area with shizlong and canopy! I recommend it!

We had a family vacation in September. I can say one thing, the hotel left a very pleasant impression. This is not just a 5-star hotel, it is a European quality hotel. Very nice hotel. There is a separate calm pool in the center of the hotel, a separate water park and a beach.
As for the food, there is a very diverse food everywhere, everything is very tasty, good drinks at the bars. The service in the restaurant is excellent. Even the snack bar surprised me. Varied food, there are always fresh fruits and vegetables. Fire. Ice cream 🍦 in individual packaging.
Cleanliness is the second thing I would like to say thank you for everywhere and always!
The animation is a little unfinished. It can be boring. There were several cool numbers - these are magic tricks and shows with snakes. But I will not remove the assessment for this. I hope next time I come and it will be super.
The water park is cool. The opening hours are convenient. There are always enough sunbeds on the beach. Everything is fine here too.
Guys, unnecessarily expensive photo shoots. For one family photo shoot, they ask for $ 300. There will be a maximum of 30 photos. Well, the taste and color, as they say.
Will we come back again? Yes!!! Will we advise? 100%. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel and restaurant for our vacation! ❤️
