I do not recommend this hotel. This hotel LACKS neatness, cleanliness, and care, but overall, the potential could be good.
We chose it by chance, there are a lot of tourists this season, there were refusals before departure from other hotels, the only one available was this one.
Check-in was at 3 p.m. It feels like someone's been fucked in our room. The walls, floor, and ceiling are stained with dirty stains. The cleaning is disgusting, the floor is not cleaned at all, at most swept. Barefoot, it's not worth shuffling around the room.
The air conditioner is antediluvian, either very cold or very hot, it also has an age-old dust coating, and the room has constantly high humidity + mold. The furniture is dilapidated, battered, literally held on tape. The curtains are hanging (dirty), there is no tulle, although judging by the cornice and hooks, it was meant there. The sofa by the balcony is not the first freshness, in dirty streaks.
A fun bath. It is painted in dark gray-black shades, the light is dim. The black tile is exclusively where the shower is, if you look closely, mold! At first glance, it seems that it looks stylish, then everything falls into place. The shower and soap dish are holding on with their last strength, everything is lopsided, rusty, there is nowhere to put shower accessories.
During the cleaning, the towels were constantly not reported, or they were brown (if I'm not mistaken, they were for deck chairs), in fact, they forgot to put water on. Tips were left, the situation was not affected.
A balcony, just a song. In principle, the floor was never washed there before us and probably after us. The fence is rusty and covered in pigeon droppings (as is the floor). Pigeons, by the way, are like cockroaches.
I recommend using the safe if you happen to be staying at this place after all. The camera adapter that was left on the table is missing. They didn't figure it out, because they already wanted to pick up the deposit and leave as soon as possible.
There is a pool on one of the floors, they didn't go down to it, but from above it looks like it's rusty, but it seems to be an unfortunate tile color (I can't say for sure), it looks clean.
Breakfasts were avoided on principle, because of what I saw, it was just scary to get poisoned, so I can't say anything about them either.
There are no special children, there was no noise, the reception staff is pleasant, the security is also pleasant.
The location is unfortunate, literally everyone always drove past it. From taxi drivers to local tuk tuks, we actually managed to ride a bike a couple of times in the early days, the navigator did not save the situation, we had to make a big detour to get back.
It is a 6-minute walk to the beach
, 10-15 min walk to Bangla and the shopping center.
Nearby there are other grocery stores in 1 min 7/11.

A great hotel, always clean, EVERY DAY they changed the towel and cleaned the room, the staff did not disturb or interfere with the rest in any way.
Excellent location, for outdoor activities. Nearby there is everything you need, a shop, a cafe, a massage.
Breakfasts are not plentiful, but you can eat, it was always hotter, and a buffet.
Beautiful pool, warm water.
The room has a sunbed for the beach and an umbrella, which you can use.
The only negative that does not apply to the hotel is the nearest beach, I did not really like it, the water was dirty throughout the whole vacation

A wonderful hotel, excellent staff, 5 minutes walk to the sea, the pool is not deep but always clean the bar for 4/5 takes a very long time to make an order but I can't say anything bad, the breakfasts are delicious, the cafes were all close, the shop across the street, the pharmacy is also across the street, everything is for the convenience of tourists, there is a tent with excursions nearby where the prices are very pleasant, we rested with children, everyone was very happy, we left and did not regret a hundred and settled here

The hotel is cool , clean , the staff is polite. The beach is within walking distance , a lot of shops , cafes , massage parlors . The pool is beautiful, the water is too warm for me. The breakfasts are delicious , the omelet is a bomb 💣 vegetables , fruits , pasta ... sweets were not eaten , but they are present . Hotels take a deposit of 1000 baht, after handing over the room on the day of departure they give it back. In the room there are bathrobes , beach shoes , slippers , umbrella , hair dryer (in the bedside table ) , kettle ! The hotels are quiet , you can sleep peacefully , it pleases . We cleaned every day, changed towels , but the bed was not changed for a week , even after a request at the reception. And another of the disadvantages is that there is no dryer in the bathroom, because of the high humidity, things and towels do not dry well without a dryer.

We visited this hotel in December 2023. Geographically, the hotel is in a good location, 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. The pool is clean, the water is cool because in the shade. Cleaning was carried out every day, well, Thais of course have their own concept of cleanliness, garbage was removed, bed linen was changed, towels were changed, and that's good. Of the minuses, of course, it's breakfast, very meager, mostly local food, for breakfast it's certainly so-so, the coffee is disgusting. We have been to many hotels of this category, well, there was no such thing anywhere.

The hotel is good. Very convenient location (2nd line): 5-7 minutes walk to the sea; 15 minutes to the main street; close to shops, taxis; what was convenient for us (!) was the presence of a cafe with Russian cuisine (right from the bottom). The rooms are clean. There is a gel, shampoo, soap and caps. Tea, coffee and sugar are served every day. The room also has a kettle and a TV.
But what I didn't like was the lack of normal shelves (cabinets) for things. I'll give you 4 for that.

Yes, on the one hand: quite good breakfasts, Parking.
But! Upon arrival, we were checked into room 1408. It's just a rotten room with mold on the walls and a corresponding smell! You'll see everything in the photo.
The next morning, through Trip, I tried to arrange a refund for the remaining 11 nights, because I did not want to live in such conditions. To which the hotel's reservation service replied: The hotel's policy does not imply a waiver after check-in and refund of funds.
So the hotel's policy is to put guests in a rotten room? After all, the hotel management is well aware of the condition of room 1408!
I was very outraged by this!
As a result, we agreed to move to another room: it was better - tolerable compared to the previous one. But even in it, the plaster is falling off in places, dirty wallpaper, tiles in the bathroom that squelch with water. The general condition of the room is outdated and has not been updated for a long time. But at least without visible traces of mold and its smell.
By default, the room key is given out alone, while the air conditioner works when the key is inserted into the card holder. They asked for a second one, gave it to us, entered it into the deposit, and told us that we were responsible for it. When we returned from the beach, the key from the card holder was gone - it was simply taken away by the maid when cleaning the room. They returned it.
On the third day, the beach towels ran out in the morning. How so?!! I've never encountered anything like this in Phuket!
We were told to take towels for the shower. Upon returning, there were no shower towels to replace. How is that even?!!!
The next day, they gave me shower towels - old, washed with holes.
And that was just the beginning. Then the shower towels regularly disappeared, and beach towels were put in their place.
In conclusion: I once thought the hotel was very good.
But today it is a morally outdated hotel with physically worn-out rooms. This requires a global update.
Well, the "hotel policy" and the low level of service are, of course, extremely questionable competencies of the management.
I'll never go to this hotel again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Quite a decent hotel, a variety of breakfasts, friendly staff. For breakfast, there is always hot meat from chicken, side dish rice, pasta, soup, a lot of fresh different vegetables, fruits, watermelon, pancakes, toast, coffee, milk is not powder, but heated kettles, you can even pour water into your bottle, fresh omelet right there. I especially liked the location of the rooms - on the north side, in the hottest weather the sun did not bake on the balcony. The cleaning is daily, the boy is diligent, he did not ask for money. There is always a delicious cold drink in the foyer. But, there is something that upset me: the air conditioner is built-in and not regulated! The location is just great!!!!

Not a bad hotel. The service of the staff is amazing.The location is good, it is the second line, 10 minutes to the sea. The breakfasts are average, everything you need is there. There are always two types of fruits, a lot of greens, fresh vegetables. Yoghurts, pancakes, various breads, jams, butter. 6 - 8 hot dishes. The pool is small, clean with comfortable water. On the downside, we had mosquitoes in the bathroom all the time that flew into the room, at night we had to get up and catch them. Will I come back to this hotel again? I think so..

Vacationed with friends in November, choosing between several 4 in the center, stayed at this hotel

1. Despite the fact that the hotel itself is quite young, obviously no one took care of it during the pandemic: there is a lot of rust in the rooms, right down to the trash! (The first time I see this), very dirty balconies and glass on them, a shower with glass such a feeling has never been washed, strange and not comfortable chairs on the balconies
2. The pool... honestly, I'm just shocked, it's not dirty!, it's rusty! It is not pleasant to swim in it and I do not want to, the bar has not been working for a long time
3. I would like to single out only the pool employee who somehow tried: I changed towels myself, took out my keys, which fell from the balcony into the pool
4. Room cleaning: just a "song": it was always dirty, the floor was washed only after my insistent requests, the other room was never washed, the bed was never changed
5. Breakfast, it's generally terrible, I've been to a lot of places and in different hotels: these are the worst breakfasts, do not even correspond to 3*: very sparse, repeat the finished croissants, fruits, eggs only after requests, although they came early. And it's just not cozy in the dining room (

Holidays in Thailand are always pleasant with the sea and the sun. This hotel did not disappoint. The staff is very pleasant, it's a pity that there is no Russian-speaking employee, but we had no problems communicating. The meals (breakfasts) are very hearty, there was always a choice of dishes. Vegetables and fruits every day. The hotel itself is a little tired. The rooms are spacious, with access to the pool, which is very convenient. Cleaning every day, changing towels. Of the inconveniences ... a very small refrigerator and poorly cooled, lack of ironing facilities, few hangers in the closet and the closet itself is very small. There is no clothes dryer. But these are all small things, compared to the fact that there is a sea nearby, a developed infrastructure: many cafes, spas, shops, pharmacies, restaurants. It was comfortable and cozy for me to live here during my vacation.

I had a rest in May. Overall a normal hotel. There are cockroaches and lizards. The service at the hotel is good, although they don't really like to wash the floor. The breakfasts are monotonous, but in general it will do (there are fruits and sausages with sausage) this is for connoisseurs of such a breakfast. The staff speaks only English, and Thai. 100 bucks will need to be left as a deposit, the keys are additionally given out for free. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The exchange is profitable only in shopping malls, they are there and not far away at all.

Vacationed here with my husband in January 2023. Well, we can safely put not 4*, but 3+.
If this is your first time in Thailand, then do not expect 4 stars here, as in Turkey. These are completely different levels of living.
In this hotel (built relatively recently), the appearance is depressing from moisture. Humidity eats away at the metal, and rust appears everywhere. But it didn't bother us.
We lived on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool, overall very satisfied. The view is beautiful (and they paid extra for it), but sometimes people make noise by the pool, and also noise from the road. But we quickly got used to it. And there is also a noisy kondey, but they are also used to it (it is unrealistic to sleep without it - it is very stuffy and hot, but it is everywhere).
The pool is cool and greenish. We didn't swim. The legs were only lowered into it. People bathe) with us, they even cleaned it once and poured chemicals for cleaning.
The bed is good, the bed linen is good too.The towels are tired but clean. We were not attracted by their appearance. Cleaning is rare, even if you hang a sign. Apparently there are not enough staff yet. The whole of Phuket is recovering from the pandemic.
There are towels for the pool. We sometimes caught a cleaner and changed them;)
The breakfasts we paid extra for are also normal. The Buffet is monotonous, but the choice for Ty is quite large. And toasts, and croissants, and hot dishes, and vegetables, and fruits, and tea and coffee. Everything is there. We ate sausages)))
The location is super, to the beach (clean beach), 10-15 min walk, around and massage and supermarket (5min), and a lot of food) our favorite cafe "number 9", on the next street. The most delicious! (There are two of them, we ate in the one that is closer to the sea).
Overall, we liked it! We would have come back!

Rooms, location, even meals can be safely set to 4.....BUT cleaning rooms and solving everyday problems is not something you wish on the enemy. The first 3 days were in the room (bad weather) and no one tried to come in and bring at least water. Well, then the quest began under the title: "Solve everyday problems if the staff does not need it. " I ran at the reception several times in the morning, explained:there is no paper, take out the trash, just do the cleaning, we are leaving for a tour, nodded our heads, wrote down the number. We arrived in the evening from an excursion, and nothing has changed there... You put the collected garbage near the door, go to the beach, come, it's there. I had to hunt these cleaners on other floors, take gel, paper, water, etc. from them. I got tired... They took off all the bed linen, put it in a pile, I almost dragged someone from the staff into the room by force, from that moment it took about 1 hour before the linen change. Yes, only linen, since water and toiletries had to be extracted again.... Not for the first time in different countries, there is something to compare, of course this is the 1st time, I tried to be objective, indicated only the facts, maybe we were so unlucky, I don't know, maybe, but unlikely. If it weren't for these everyday problems, then of course everything would be fine. Have a great holiday to everyone!!!

We stayed at this hotel from 04/14/2013 for 10 days.
A good hotel in my opinion.
Wi-Fi is working, breakfasts are normal, 7-10 minutes walk to the sea.
The hotel is located on the Northern part of the beach, where the water is much cleaner (even visually, if you walk along the beach from the Southern part to the Northern).
In general, I recommend it!

We have been vacationing since 12/18/2022. A great hotel for your money. Normal breakfasts, friendly staff. In order to get out, it is enough to hang a sign on the door handle. After cleaning, always: clean towels, changed linen, toiletries, coffee, tea,water. Beach towels should be taken in the pool area. It is enough to communicate politely in order to resolve any issues.

This is my first time in Asia, and I understand them, everything here is not like in Europe. But for me, the hotel is normal.
There are flaws.
We lived on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool! In the photo, he is handsome, but in person.. we arrived and saw green water without exaggeration, after a couple of days they cleaned it with brushes and filled it with chemicals, it was enough for the front… Then there is also the procedure. We didn't swim.
The room has good sound insulation, the neighbors did not hear. But, the doors to the balcony are not soundproof. I can hear the road.. It's normal for me. There is a conday! But, again, the noise is wild, without exaggeration, after three days they got used to it.
The room was not cleaned often, but it did not bother us.. Although they left a sign for cleaning, well, okay. The bed linen is normal.
The towels are shabby, with holes! But this is Asia, so we didn't pay attention to it, it's clean and good. I am writing for those who expect something that is not likely.
The breakfasts are good, but monotonous, I did not want to take them, but the surcharge was scanty, I thought let them be. Who has not been to Tae: if you want to have your hands kissed, then go to Turkey).
The location of the hotel is good, everything is nearby, there are a couple of shops, exchangers, etc. You can write for a long time.
Question!!?? I would go back to this hotel, yes.

The hotel is located in the northern part of Patong. There is no negative impression from the stay, the pool is very warm as it is in the sun almost all day, you will not be able to cool down in it... Air conditioning is only available in the rooms and lobby, although sometimes it is turned off in the lobby! The rooms are very poorly cleaned! Towels are changed one at a time, the pool towel was generally left alone and it was changed once all the time! In the room, the power of the air conditioner cannot be selected either blowing or not. Breakfasts are monotonous, as in all hotels in Thailand, probably, but they did not stay hungry. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. There was a beach bed attached to the room. The water and the beach are clean for potong, only in the last two days a downpour brought leaves and debris from the city.

We visited this hotel with a friend in February from 17.02-27.02 2023. We liked everything. I can't understand the negativity from other reviews. Upon arrival, they checked in immediately, brought things to the room. We lived on the 7th floor. The room had 2 separate beds (as requested), good air conditioning, TV, balcony with a table and two armchairs, shower and toilet (everything always worked), there was also a safe and a hairdryer in the room. There were no problems with cleaning, they cleaned every day, sometimes every other day, but the beds were made and towels were changed daily. There are separate towels for the beach and shower, nice soft bathrobes, everything is clean. Lovely beds, with soft mattresses (my back was grateful). There were no insects during the entire stay. There was a tiny little gecko. There was water, coffee, tea and sugar every day, as well as bathroom amenities. There was a small refrigerator in the room, empty, but it worked well. Regarding the food, some wrote here that there is nothing to eat. Well, only if you are vegans, eating the sun, then yes. There was plenty of food for the average person. Breakfast from 06:30-10:00, drinks: coffee, tea, water, juices of two or even three types. From food: eggs-boiled, fried, omelet; soup, a lot of hot- chicken, rice, pasta, spicy chicken with vegetables, etc., always sausages and ham. There is always a sea of vegetables: corn, cucumbers, salad leaves of all kinds, tomatoes, carrots; fruit salads, pineapple, watermelon sometimes changed to papaya, dragon fruit. Lots of sweet and not sweet sauces. There are several types of bread- white, black, grain, for American toast, and croissants. Butter, two jams. You can make pancakes with honey and even granola yourself!!! To stay hungry there, you have to try. There is a swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, on the second floor. It's really in the shade, but considering the daily air temperature of 33-35 degrees, it was great, especially on sunburned skin. By God, people, you are not coming from Siberia, but not from Russia! This is not Turkey, it is clear red! The territory of the hotel is clean, it really takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea, and there was no stinky river, as we were scared. The staff is helpful and polite. We communicated with them in broken English. We also used the laundry service (payment separately). We liked everything!!! We want to come again!!! By the way, no taxes or fees were charged upon arrival. We didn't fight with anyone and the whole vacation was 100 points :)

I really liked the hotel! Clean, tidy, everything you need is there (beach towels, detergents, except teeth.brushes, bathrobes, tea and coffee, umbrella, flashlight). The pastel is snow-white. The breakfast is good (fried eggs or omelette, noodles like pad thai or spaghetti, rice, potatoes, ham and sausages, toast, croissants, vegetables, fruits). The location is ideal, 10 minutes to the sea slowly, 15-20 minutes to the center, but at the same time he stands in a fairly quiet part of Patong (it's not noisy at night), the sea is clean in this direction. If possible, I will definitely return to this hotel again!

Great hotel. Great location. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Bangla Road, 5-7 minutes to the beach (the northern part of Patong), there is a 7-eleven and a family mart nearby. A good breakfast buffet, in the evening you can have a very tasty meal, cooked on fire for affordable money. The staff is very polite and friendly. We really liked it. The price-quality is fully consistent.

An excellent and modern hotel with a convenient location. We had a vacation with my wife in it at the end of February 2020.
The hotel is located on the so-called 2nd line. Patong Beach is a 10-minute walk away. The cardboard card in which the room key card is issued shows a diagram of the passage to the beach. However, it is better to go further to the right, to the inscription "Patong beach", where the water is cleaner. Beach towels are provided free of charge under the signature at the reception. Don't take the white ones out of the room!
The area is full of various cafes, massage parlors, currency exchange offices and minimarkets SevenEleven and Family Mart.
The reception staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help with any question.
The rooms are clean and spacious. We had a balcony overlooking the pool. In the evening, it's great to sit on it with a basket of fresh fruits, enjoying the evening coolness and discussing the events of the past day with a bottle of local beer or Fresco fruit wine.
The furniture in the room is brand new, a large double bed, bed linen is also new, clean and pleasant.
The refrigerator is small and the freezer is bad. It had a minibar, which includes 2 cans of beer, carbonated drinks and a local BPha. Bottled water, tea, coffee are free of charge. There is a kettle, teaspoons and glasses in the room. If necessary, you can ask for additional necessary dishes in the restaurant. They will give you without any questions, and in order for this trend to continue, do not carve durian in the room (do it on the balcony and immediately take the crusts to the trash on the street deep inside the hotel).
There is also a TV with several Russian channels in the room.
The bathroom is excellent. In addition to the watering can, there is also a rain shower in the shower. The toilet is equipped with a sanitary shower. Washing liquids and soap are constantly replenished. Towels are changed if you drop them on the floor.
The room is cleaned and the bed is made every day, unless you put a do not disturb sign on the door. We left a tip of 20 baht, and they didn't twist any elephants and swans out of towels for us-which only pleased us. If you want this dubious art, you can try to leave more. The hotel is not located in the very center of the city, for example, it takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the large shopping center "Jang Ceylon", however, relative to the sea, it is located close to the cleanest part of Patong beach. If you do not plan to constantly travel to other beaches and you are satisfied with Patong, then this hotel is an excellent choice for accommodation.
It's about nutrition. We only had breakfast included. The food is not very diverse, every day the set is the same, but there is a choice and everything is quite tasty. Also in the restaurant for an additional fee.Lunch and dinner are available for a fee. The prices are quite reasonable, even lower than some large cafes in the city.
The hotel's swimming pool is located on the 2nd floor, the water is clean, the temperature is comfortable. We didn't use it, but vacationers with children often hung out there.
Upon check-in, you will be charged a $ 100 deposit, which will be refunded upon check-out in full, provided that you do not break anything and have not used (or replenished) the minibar. There were no quibbles or deception on the part of the hotel staff in order to get something extra from us. Everything is clear, during the check-out, while we were going down, the room was examined by a hotel employee and radioed to the reception that everything was OK and we were immediately given a deposit. Just don't lose the receipt of the deposit.

This is a normal hotel. We cleaned every day, everyone was polite and pleasant, I did not meet any negativity. Everything is fine in the room too - everything is working, there is free coffee.
The sound insulation really suffers there, if someone is watching TV behind the wall, then you will hear every word. Another thing is that when you turn on the kondey, it covers all the sounds from the neighbors, but as for me, the noise of the kondey is more pleasant than the first channel (why watch the first channel in Thailand?)
There is a bassline, it looks good. I didn't swim in it myself, because it's a 5-minute walk to the sea. After 5-6 o'clock in the evening, grilled food is made in the yard, it is not expensive and quite tasty. There is also a lot to eat for breakfast, from omelets and pancakes to fried potatoes and bean soup. Personally, I have no complaints.

Not a bad hotel, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea, nearby there are 7eleven and Family Mart.
When we checked into the room, the air conditioner did not work there and there were still minor problems. Fortunately, the guys at the reception know English, they could not fix the air conditioner, they gave another room. In principle, any problems were solved quickly. We have breakfast included, but for almost two weeks the contents of the buffet did not change, and since there was not much choice, everything had to be done in the end.

I liked the hotel, everything is within walking distance. The hotel has everything you need: a safe, a hairdryer, a kettle, a TV, a bathrobe, a towel. There is a swimming pool on the second floor.
It is not noisy at night, there is a small area, swings, benches.
The breakfasts are varied, they did not get tired in 2 weeks.
The staff is friendly and smiling. They speak English.

Upon check-in, the deposit for the room is $ 100. The breakfasts were normal, we did not stay hungry (baked potatoes of the village type, rice with vegetables and chicken, noodles with vegetables, soup, vegetables, fruits-everything is standard). In the room there is a mini bar, water, tea and coffee for free, beer and Cola for a fee. The hotel has a swimming pool, it was well saved in the heat, it was cleaned every evening.
We didn't eat at the local restaurant, we went far away, so I won't tell you how they feed there. We rented a car in orange car phuket (enter into Google, we booked directly on the Internet), it turned out to be much cheaper than a taxi.
Towels were changed, the room was cleaned. The hotel is fresh. Another hotel is being built 30 meters away, but the construction did not interfere with us at all, we did not hear anything) 10 minutes to the sea, the beach was clean, there were not so many people (closer to bangla-a lot of people, garbage like bags in the water). Bangla is a 10-minute walk away, Jungceylon shopping center and banzan Rank are about the same walk away. The staff mostly understands English only, they don't speak Russian, but everyone is smiling and friendly.
