I lived there for 2 weeks, the hotel is super, there is a place to eat nearby, a shuttle bus runs from the jo Patong hotel 4 times a day (11,14,17 and 20), the food was not boring, it was delicious, never poisoned, the rooms are pleasant, cleaning every day.
Be careful only that the sea is nearby for surfers (in general, you can not swim in it), to the sea either on foot 2 km, or on a shuttle base, the minus is not big, so 5 * deserved
By the way, breakfast is from 6:30 to 10:30, the hotel has a restaurant, 2 bars in large pools and ice cream and cakes are sold near the lobby. There is a gym, a prayer hall (I don't know how to do it correctly) for Muslims, conference rooms, etc. You will be taken to your building with a suitcase for free by shuttle (golf cart) and back too (it is generally free, you can order from the room)

I liked the hotel. We lived in building 9, at first we settled down, which is far from the lobby, and then we were happy, it was quiet and peaceful, there were two pools next to it, we went to the one with the bar. The staff is not intrusive, and in general, they practically did not come into contact with them only sometimes in the bar. The rooms are cleaned every day, they bring two bottles of water. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to Patong at 11, 13, 16 and 20 o'clock, you need to make an appointment in advance. We drove mostly for 20 hours, walked back from Bangla Road to the hotel. There is a food outlet next to the hotel (I can't think of a cafe), we almost always ate there, it was delicious, satisfying, varied, delicious cocktails, pleasant staff.
We went to the restaurant at the hotel, on the second floor, where there is a lobby, a great restaurant, huge portions, advice for visitors, take one serving for two.
We went to the beaches by taxi, via the Bolt app, mainly to Kamala and Surin. I liked Surin better.
