Finally, after the pandemic, I am back in Minsk! And finally, I'm back in Odi! It's good to be back again. Cozy, beautiful, the girls are positive. And most importantly - it's delicious!
At the same time, Odi is a representative of the European approach to cafes/restaurants. A huge selection of European desserts/muses. croissants. It is very beautiful and very tasty. Yes, and the coffee is very good. The neighbors from Milano will have it easier. We went here for breakfast and desserts in the afternoon.
And more. We tried a lot of croissants. And in France, too. But in Odi - some of the best! Both stuffed and classic! I recommend it with cherries and poppy seeds. I have not met such people before!!! Pure delight!

We visited this institution within the confectionary. Very original and unusual desserts, and most importantly very tasty)) There are about a dozen types to choose from, as well as croissants to choose from. You can take tea and coffee with desserts. There is also an atmospheric atmosphere, you can take a glass of wine. And if you are hungry, there is also a restaurant there, you can eat.
The price varies from 9-14 rubles per dessert.

But with our experience of breakfasts in different places, we expected more from an establishment with such an assessment.
Perhaps it is famous for its desserts, which looked very appetizing, but not the dishes themselves.

We came to this place to have breakfast. No one met us or showed us where to sit. Let's go find a place ourselves. A waiter ran after us and with a very unhappy face and barked: "There's a restaurant there, and it's been open since 12. And we actually should have read it on the door."
In general, the first impression has already been spoiled. The waiter approached reluctantly, as if we owed him something. The food was delicious. Upon payment, we had to call the administrator, because the waiter ignored our request and continued to go about his business. The receptionist was also unhappy, and made the payment with a dissatisfied look.
The prices in the institution are above average and positions itself as a prestigious institution. Please have a conversation with the staff, send them to customer orientation courses and increase the PO. Maybe then they will be satisfied)

I asked the waitress for a long time about the dishes, voiced that I can't have fatty.
I chose chicken meatballs with cauliflower as a result, asked if it was possible to cook without butter, the girl said no. I asked to minimize as much as possible.
As a result, when the dish was brought, it turned out to be also watered with sauce.
Well, friends! Well, how is it? Well, if I've been asking for a million years about possible dishes without bread, well, you can ask the cook not to add butter. And in the end, just steam the cabbage, if you bake it without oil in any way.

I would rate the food in the pastry shop and in the restaurant at 4/10. Of course you have delicious croissants, baguettes and ice cream. I also like your cheesecakes)) and pizza for 7/10. As for the rest of the food on the menu, you can think about it and put a not very good rating in the end ... also why 4/10. Because the service ... there is no feeling that you are welcome, it seems that you are, on the contrary, only being evaluated and waiting for you to leave.. I know many very good establishments in Minsk with excellent food and excellent service! And they can't compare to Odi.

The food on Instagram is beautiful, but in real life the serving is not very good at all. Plus, the pasta of the Casarechche was strong and cold. The cherry punch was not hot. Roasted pineapple tea (light and fragrant) was unusual. Cheesecake reminded me of a casserole from my grandmother))
We were on Fri. But they turned us away, they said they work until 22:00, although the signboard Fri-Sat until 23:00.
More than 200 Beans were given to the table, but the impressions did not come true.

We waited for the waiter for a very long time, exactly 25 minutes, although we were sitting against the wall next to the bar, and there were many empty tables in the hall and on the street, after ordering wine, one glass was dirty, I noticed, the waiter also changed it for us (as they said). When the food arrived, it turned out that the waiter girl did not write down everything or did not remember, I refused to wait again. The dishes are generally delicious, I won't find fault too much, we also took 3 different lemonades, all turned out to be sour, especially currants and mango or passion fruit, I don't remember exactly. Personally, because of such trifles and the strained smile of the waiter, the evening was ruined for me. 5 stars is a lot for this place, the menu is also small.

The waiter agreed with this and took the dessert. Our request to remove the desserts from the window was refused. They did not apologize for the spoiled dessert, the money was not returned, and there was no adequate response from the administration. It's a pity that your coffee shop has such tactless staff.

None of the waiters warned about the long preparation of dishes. As a result, with a half-empty hall, we waited longer than forty minutes for the order. I had to call the waitress myself to find out about the fate of our order.
The dishes were mediocre, chicken and fregola looked more like food from a good bar than a restaurant: greasy and heavy.
Complete disappointment from the price-quality ratio.
The entourage was added by numerous flies scurrying around the plates and ready to sit down for food at any moment.
