We booked a room for booking, the photo on the website is ten years old, probably. Since the hotel is perfect in the photo, but in person everything is already old and needs to be improved. There was a complete expectation-reality. We were checked into a room with a broken hose in the shower, it was impossible to wash.
My husband told the manager at the reception about the problem, at first he said that there was no way to move us, tried to fix the hose himself somehow, eventually moved to another room.
Both rooms were tired, mildewed, plus an ill-thought-out shower, from which water pours onto the floor and the entire floor is wet.
The bathroom is small, there is nowhere to turn around. The toilet door wouldn't close.
The floors are icy.
The temperature in the room was adjusted independently, although it pleases, they did not freeze.
The water glass was dirty, there was something dried on the bottom.
The rooms are generally not comfortable, it is clear that everything is already outdated. The bed was normal and clean, a plus here.
It is impossible to leave a review on the booking, since they cancel the reservation, because payment from a Russian card does not go through, but I asked them to leave the reservation for us, at least they did not let us down.
The staff at the hotel is polite.
The only thing that put us in a stupor, but there is a controversial situation. We checked in with a two-year-old child in a double room, since the child sleeps with us and does not need a separate place in the room.
But we were asked to pay extra and allegedly got a discount, 20 GEL instead of 60 GEL per child.
It was not difficult to pay extra, but they did not understand what they paid extra for, perhaps it was just the policy of the hotel.
The breakfast was not bad, most of all I liked the croissants, which are baked at the hotel themselves. Otherwise, everything was so-so, there was a lot of choice, but there was nothing to choose from. Something like that.
The hotel is politicized, but at the same time it settles everyone and earns money for everyone, very smart
Overall, the impressions of the hotel were negative.

We rested for 4 days, we liked everything, the staff was polite, the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, breakfast was delicious, only sausages and sausage could be replaced, we did not like their taste, and everything there is super, the interior is beautiful, the location is good, near the center. I wish the hotel to develop and prosper. The owner is very sincere and it is clear that he is burning with his business! Thank you for a great stay! 🤗

They are called The one Terrace in Booking. The most leaky place I've ever had to visit, mold in the area of the baseboards, the doors are still breathing, the shower water flows down the entire shower area, you can slip and fall. The shock guys settled in another for 4 days, on the first day of the stay there was no relative living in Georgia, they promised to return the cost with the cost, I did not answer the question, as much as you see fit, you will return so much. As a result, as they left, they say we will not return anything to you, and in general these are your problems 🤦🏽♂️
I have never met such bad people, Adam is the son of the owner of the hotel, a man of empty words. Yusuf is a hotel employee who canceled a booking in booking in order not to pay the booking commission, but after your arrival, they will say pay at the place there is no problem your reservation is fine 😅

I don't know who gave 4 stars, this hotel barely pulls 3. In the suite room, the cashier falls off, the door in the lobby does not close tightly with a large gap in the vertical, the lock jams, it is necessary to check whether the door is closed after scrolling the key. I can also add that the view from the window of this room and not only will be on the sheds of the nearest buildings, the entrance to the hotel is heavy, as if you are going to the mountains, well, another minus if you want to extend the room in which you are already a couple of days, be careful as it will be more expensive by 40 or maybe and 50% . The service is terrible, the breakfast is disgusting!
I do not recommend the Terrace Avlabari by Log Inn for accommodation!!!

I would like to leave a review about this hotel. We arrived in a large company for the wedding from Moscow. We stayed there for 5 days. According to the reviews between us, no one was dissatisfied. The interior is very beautiful... It's always clean.... Everything is in order... The attitude of the staff is the best... Always with smiles and willingness to help us solve any of our problems...And how delicious the breakfasts were! Everything is always fresh... It is varied and very tasty. I want to say a big thank you to the entire staff of this hotel for our stay.

The breakfasts are monotonous, the shower is not comfortable, leaks from the ceiling in the toilet, towels are gray (old), things are missing in the rooms (money). The hotel is so-so, I definitely wouldn't have stayed a second time.
