We have pre-booked a place for a children's birthday party... However, when they arrived, the establishment was closed...The girl answered the phone that she would not open it, because the key was lost...for some reason, I didn't inform you about the situation in advance...The result is that the birthday is ruined, the children are upset... Complete disappointment... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! With such an attitude towards visitors, it's the bottom.
