And in the room you open the bedside table, and inside there is duct tape and wiring. The elevator was not working! I stood in the middle of the day with the inscription maintenance work is being carried out, and the fact that the guests walk is all the same. Maintenance work is usually carried out at night. The pool was marked on the booking, but (let's finish the sentence yourself), that's right, it didn't work))).
An ordinary hotel from the point of view of the Russian, which there are many in the cities of millions. I would put 3 stars, not 4. The rooms are spacious, the Internet is weak, unstable. The breakfasts are delicious, lunch and dinner are paid at Moscow prices (1500-1900 som). They accept rubles at a local restaurant at the rate of 1.15, although the official rate is 1.3-1.4. They tried to cheat twice: when paying in rubles at the restaurant, they counted at the rate of 1.1 instead of 1.15 and did not give the change. Upon departure, they began to demand to pay extra for "early check-in", although this day was paid in advance. As a result, they apologized. Attempts to cheat in small ways are common in Kyrgyzstan.

Very nice hotel, located in the center, but the pool is cold. Overall, everything is super recommended. The rooms are new, fresh, clean, spacious enough. We took a massage at the hotel, a massage therapist came, it was great, those who did not try massage in Kyrgyzstan lost a lot

I was there for work, in October 2021, and stayed at the hotel for a week. The rooms are stunningly spacious, warm, and bright. And most importantly, it's clean!

We had a rest in PLAZE in May. We arrived in Bishkek at five in the morning. We booked two rooms, one of them (for a child and a grandmother) was paid in advance for a day so that upon arrival they would not have to wait for check-in. We were greeted unfriendly, after we called the names, the young man became very nervous. as it turned out, the hotel was overcrowded, but it was not removed from the reservation, due to the greed of the head. In case someone doesn't come. they offered us another hotel, but we refused. As a result, we waited two hours for check-in. Now about the hotel itself: the cleaning is weak (dishes and glasses are put on the floor when cleaning), the furniture is dusty, the sink is dirty. We have not seen such a breakfast anywhere else. Just one set table, a couple of pieces of sausages, cheese, sausage, bread, butter, rice, cereals, milk, cheesecakes, chicken. The most amazing thing is that usually in Bishkek there are very tasty products, but it is here that even cheesecakes made from powdered milk. The waiters are reluctant to deliver everything, coffee is for a hotel fee. The pool is cold. in the evening they gave the second room, it was better for cleaning and furniture. Moreover, when we left the hotel, the taxi drivers said that all tourists and their visitors were dissatisfied. It was only when we settled there that we realized that the bulk of the reviews were unreliable. The only place in Bishkek that disappointed us.

The hotel looks very good and the rooms are comfortable at first glance, but we were unlucky that we changed three rooms, at first the beds turned out to be separate, and my husband and I needed one, then the ventilation pipe was noisy in the room, but no one could answer what it was, and then there was practically no flow in the room hot water. I only liked the pastries at breakfast
