I celebrated the anniversary in two halls of the restaurant. I liked everything very much:
1. The food is excellent. Very tasty, not trivial, high-quality products, beautiful decoration, the opportunity to serve a variety of hot dishes in the form of a buffet to choose from - ideal for a holiday
2. The atmosphere is cozy. Beautiful halls, both orange and gray. It is very pleasant to be there, sofas everywhere are lovely. The tables do not wobble, the hotel is new, respectively, everything inside is very decent and at a good level.
3. Location is brilliance.
4. Service - high quality. The young waiters were professionally managed by a pleasant receptionist, there are no complaints. Timely submission, assistance, suggestions for drinks, etc.
5. Organization of the event. Everything is clearly, timely, understandable and intelligibly explained. It was very pleasant to communicate with the organizer. The options for seating, arrangement of objects, from glasses to table football are offered.
Minuses:
1. The bar counter, because there is no bartender. Although thanks to the wonderful group that we had at the banquet, this problem was solved
2. Security. She's at an unnecessarily high level. Every little thing should be specified and described in contracts/sheets, even candles for the cake. But there is also a downside, it is still nice to be in a room that is under guard
Summarizing:
- It seemed like an unnecessary hassle to a high level, which they are trying (and, in principle, it turns out) to demonstrate the hotel/restaurant, which made the organization a little more complicated, but in the end I am happy with everything and will be glad to visit this place many more times and organize one or more events here

It's a nice place, we had breakfast here when we were on vacation with the kids. The staff is polite and helpful. They reacted quickly to our request to cook semolina porridge for the children and cooked it deliciously (without lumps and not heated), the children were satisfied. The food quality is also good, there is a choice. They also asked me to make coffee with alternative milk, they cooked it without any problems and brought it to the table. The whole family also celebrated the delicious cheesecakes – just like at home.

It's just a wonderful restaurant.
We chose this place for a chamber wedding in December and didn't regret it at all. The interior, the atmosphere, the service, the staff - everything is top notch. I would like to mention the cuisine separately: a varied menu, incredibly delicious dishes and an interesting presentation.
Vladislava's manager, who helped with the organization of the event, is a true professional: she promptly answered all questions, advised competently and offered the best solutions.

We celebrated our wedding in this stunningly beautiful restaurant on 09/13/2024. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and friendly staff, it all created the most unforgettable day. Approximately there were about 30 people and everyone was very comfortable and cozy)

The atmosphere, the food, the service – everything is at the highest level. Sales manager Irina is a professional in her field, who showed maximum attention to our celebration, took into account all wishes, helped with the preparation of the menu, advised on all issues of interest during the preparation period, was in touch constantly.
On the day of the wedding, Igor, the restaurant manager, as well as Veronica and Daria, were with us. I think they did their job flawlessly, were very friendly, attentive and behaved as professionally as possible. Thank you for being with us🤗

The borscht set is diced like for olivier or vinaigrette and laid out in a plate with borscht, which I didn't really like, although it was served with Borodino bread toasts, sour cream and lard. There are no local tinctures in the menu, which is strange. With a huge number of establishments in Minsk with excellent cuisine, this place can only be interesting for residents who are lazy to move.

The waiters and the kitchen are great fellows, we are very grateful to them for their professionalism, delicious table and prompt service during the evening. A great location across the street from the registry office with a view of the city from the windows of the hall. The interior is stylish and cozy. We definitely recommend it!

Very beautiful interior and delicious pancakes and lemonade. I didn't like Caesar very much.
The salad and hot food were brought at the same time, when there was no one else in the restaurant except us. The hot plates were not served.
Dealing with complaints is to leave silently.
In the end, as an apology, they brought us a glass of champagne, which we do not drink in principle.
Something has to be done with the service!

The main entrance is located on one side of the hotel, and the entrance and parking are on the other. There is no mini-bar or room service. The restaurant closes at 22:00, while the kitchen is closed at 21:30. When asked to sell at least a dessert after 21:30, employees look with guilty eyes, but they can do absolutely nothing and offer to order food through Yandex.
