Very good location near the mall and infrastructure. View is the best you can get from any window. Best reseption and guest relation and room service. Somewhat cleaner rooms will add the needed inch of perfection

Good luxury hotel with full board of services and great cuisine. However, the stake at top restaurant was good (not excellent) and the Al Farabi strees noises are too loud during nights.

The best hotel in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Super comfortable bed, high quality amenities, delicious breakfast, amazing panoramic view to the mountains and city of Almaty.
