I was here for a corporate party: the food is just terrible, even in the most run-down canteen, the food is tastier; the service is below the baseboard - I asked for black tea, so first they brought green tea (the waiter said that "well, they poured it for me"), and then black, but so weak that there is not even a flavor from the tea there.
The hotel is good, I do not recommend holding corporate parties here.

A 5-star hotel, but not without drawbacks. Everything needs to be repaired sometime. In room 910, the drain in the left sink does not work well. The water is quickly collected and very slowly drains away, leaving the bowl of the sink dirty. In the toilet, it would be good to provide an air freshener, at least in the form of a balloon. Otherwise, I liked everything.

The Ritz is always the Ritz! And this particular one was liked by the restaurant "Selfie" on the 18th floor. The unflattering reviews did not come true, no one gave us water for 2800 (there were many posts about this on the network). From the elevator, we were greeted with an unreal smile and a warm welcome, fed delicious Japanese cuisine, everything is easy and dignified. So that's a solid "five". Well, the view of Astana is just "space" 👍

As soon as everything was opened, it was good, a claim to a good institution in the city. They've gone bad lately. The kitchen is weak (initially). In an extreme campaign, the waiters really do not "rake out", confuse orders, the admin only comes up at the entrance, then they are never interested. The pub HAS RUN OUT OF BEER!!! Now they take only music and entourage.
