A good hotel with a convenient location next to the Besektash Stadium. Within walking distance of the port with scheduled boats, a tram stop going to Sofia and the Blue Mosque; Dolmabahce Palace (it has an excellent audio guide, which is included in the ticket price, they give you a passport deposit)
Cleaning is daily with a change of bed linen. BUT in the bathroom there is gel, shampoo, balm of a niche brand, and it is necessary to read that when using these funds during eviction, you will be charged 100 euros for each tool used)), although of course you can take it away at eviction
Two small soaps are attached to this paid set.
The breakfasts are good
There is a spa with a swimming pool, sauna and hammam. The pool is for children only from 9 to 17h. Children are not allowed in the evening .
It is convenient to exit the hotel to the embankment via a separate elevator to the G floor. This is the exit through the office center.
I really liked the hotel. The view from the window of the Bosphorus is impressive. The attitude towards the guests is very kind and courteous. They love children very much. There is care and attention all around. We were with the children, everything was always upside down in the room. Cleaning is always at the highest level. Before you know it, the whole mess turns into perfect order.
I was at the spa at the hotel with my friends.
The hammam itself is clean and cozy. But! There are Thai people working there)
At the reception - in the spa center, a girl greeted us kindly, promising wonderful treatments that were paid for an hour. As a result, we got a "high-speed" bath instead of high-quality procedures). Washed - for "one two", scrubbed the body not completely, but in places. Instead of the promised foam massage, the foam was applied and washed off. The most interesting thing is that after the bathroom procedures there was a massage with Shea butter in 3 minutes -standing! (
All together, it took about 35 minutes from the moment of entering the hammam. At the exit, they offered only water. But what about oriental hospitality - tea, coffee and oriental sweets?)
At the end of the "event" we passed on our comments - they just apologized. We also went up to the reception desk of the hotel and reported that we were dissatisfied and surprised by such a service - the girl said that they would sort it out and call back. But, alas..
An impeccable hotel. The rooms are clean. Delicious, high-quality food. Excellent location. Everything is for a Person! The view from the room window is stunning on the Bosphorus.
We rested on the May holidays. The room was of the "parital view" category, asked for a higher floor, the result was the 5th floor and a side view of the Bosphorus. More than 50 rubles were paid for this type.
Disappointment No. 1.
Location. Yes, it's a 15-minute walk to the tram stop, but the way back is up, the hotel is far from everything historical: more than 30-40 minutes on foot. If you want to walk, get ready to really walk a lot, and the hotel is designed for you to take a taxi, and Turkey has problems with it. Disappointment No. 2.
Spa. Absolutely zero. There is no large and beautiful "Turkish" hammam, for 150 euros they offer spa soaring in a small room. I didn't even try it. As well as a small swimming pool on the minus floor and two saunas in the locker room. Everything is much better in any fitness club in Russia.
Disappointment No. 3.
He may be spoiled by Russia, the level of Moscow and St. Petersburg, but they also did not see a good bar and restaurant.
There are a lot of staff, everyone is smiling, sincerely showing interest and care, yes, but there is no point in this when you go down the hill with the same Istiklal for 40 minutes. Good breakfasts and really caring from the staff.
To sum up: we regretted that we chose this hotel, and not others located within walking distance from the historical center. The strength of the Ritz brand in Istanbul is overestimated.
I do not recommend it.
The spa in the hotel does not correspond to the level of the hotel and the stated cost. There were three of us and we were all not satisfied, as we paid for an hour in the hammam, and got 30 minutes, after which we were still hurried to get dressed faster. The scrub was 5 minutes, the soap massage was another 5 minutes and for 50 euros we were oiled for 3 minutes standing))). We were not offered tea, there were no combs, there was no toilet paper either)))
Inconvenient reception. Friendly staff, nice pool, welcoming club lounge. Good location. Within walking distance of Dolmabahce is a good view of the Bosphorus.
A magnificent hotel,
I am especially grateful to the employee Yasin, who helped to achieve the production of porridge for breakfast, despite the absence of this product on the menu.
In addition, he has repeatedly shown commitment to the hotel's rules for maintaining cleanliness and customer orientation.
If only the price was a little less.
We checked into the hotel today, the room is normal. We decided to enjoy Turkish hospitality and ordered a Turkish hammam at a local Spa. I have never seen a more terrible hammam anywhere in the world!!! The cost is 200 euros per person, and the Thai people do it!!! 😰just stroked when you apply foam and that's it!!!🥵
Never go and order at the Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul spa!!! It is the worst, I think, even among 3- and 2-star hotels;(( Complete disgrace!!!
The mood is spoiled, time and money are lost(((((((
My friend's office had a short visit there, I really liked it

September 2022. It's not bad. They are asked to provide a credit card (the number was prepaid) the fact that she was not considered (Russian) this was not an obstacle to settling in. The room is great, everything is clean, full of towels. A great bathroom. A compliment at the entrance. The location of the hotel is excellent. Why 3 stars: we lived on the 4th floor overlooking the outdoor bar on the 2nd floor (bar, sun beds + small pool). The first day everything is OK, there was silence in the evening and nothing prevented sleep. On the second night (and evening), a wedding was played in this bar with live music, congratulations on the microphone and everything like that. Seriously? A worldwide network, no matter how cheap! A wedding at night in an open bar?!!! At 22:00 we were told - but it will end now, at 23:00 - well, just a little more. At 00:00 - well, it won't end, there's nowhere to move, but we'll give you a certificate for a free night at any hotel in the chain... we wanted to sleep now, but what a way out. Have we been given a certificate? Well, no, of course not. When leaving, they rounded their eyes - what a certificate! and they didn't even say ‘waiting for you yet'. We won't stop there anymore.
A wonderful hotel, with a luxurious, not pretentious interior, with polite and caring staff who try to do everything that would make you comfortable and comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The view from the windows of the Bosphorus is amazing. There is a Taksim metro station nearby. There are several shops nearby, two Starbucks within a 10-minute walk, and even one Starbucks machine in the basement of the hotel itself. Separately, I want to say about very soft and long pillows in beds, now I'm trying to find the same ones, but to no avail so far. In general. Thank you for your hospitality. I will definitely choose your hotel whenever possible, both for recreation and tourism.
Excellent 5-star hotel. Convenient location. Windows to the Besikhtash stadium and the Bosphorus Strait. Many attractions are within walking distance. Large, comfortable rooms. A very tasty breakfast with a wide assortment. Comfortable business halls.
