You can find fault with everything, but the hotel is good! Nice rooms. Room cleaning 2 times a day. There is always water and fruit. A green area. Excellent organization of the New Year's Eve, I really liked it! They take a deposit upon check-in. About $ 200 per person, you can spend on the territory of the hotel (bars, restaurants). The main thing is not to lose the receipt that the deposit was accepted from you, if lost, the deposit balance will not be refunded. Its own beach with soft sun loungers. They write in the reviews that the beach is terrible, solid boulders, maybe it's out of season. They saw stones in places not reserved for swimming. The season is from October to March. No stones were noticed in the bathing areas, there may be pebbles at the entrance to the sea. A very quiet bay of all bays! But the hotels are not cheap either! We were at breakfast. There is a choice of food, but mostly Chinese dishes. I wouldn't risk going with small children! We're thinking of coming back for the next NG!

Now here, everything is 99% gorgeous. Cleanliness, cleaning, beach, breakfast, beautiful! Of the minuses - on the beach, if you order for sun beds, it is very tasteless food, you do not need to order. The bath with flowers was made in some kind of huge cellophane condom stretched over the bathtub, but these are small things, everything else is unrealistically cool, Tatiana is a Russian manager at the reception who solves all questions and helps if something does not work out for you. You can safely go, you will not regret it.
Oh, it's also not very tolerable, but it didn't work out to cool the rooms down much. The hotel needs to update the freon, at least in the rooms that we were in (we were in three different ones, everything is fine in one, it did not work in the second, it works tolerably in the third, but if you sleep at 18-19 degrees, it will not work, the minimum will be 23).

Beautiful sea, excellent pools, the civilized greenery of the tropical forest around. Exclusively Chinese food for breakfast with merrily devouring guests. Well, what could be better than hot soup with udon in the morning? Except for different dumplings with cold (icy!!!) tea for a drink. By the way, the hotel does not pour in the morning, so the "aristocrats and degenerates" will be unhappy. The Ritz Carlton is on top, the service is perfectly organized, as in other countries, with mandatory consideration of local specifics. It definitely won't be boring, I recommend it
