It is not the first time I have been on vacation abroad and in my life I have come across various accommodation options. But you can write a lot about this hotel and superlatively. Proximity to the sea and the lack of stairs were important for my sore knees. I found it first on the website of the "bank of burning tours" and then looked at it in more detail on YouTube. This was one of the budget fives that I immediately liked. The chic lobby and the whole hotel are made of expensive materials. The hotel's feature is a large swimming pool in the lobby with sharks swimming in it. I no longer count a bunch of aquariums with smaller fish - right at the entrance and in front of the reception. Expensive huge chandeliers, original lighting, stylish lobby design. To be honest, I was struck by the attitude of the staff: from the concierge, who not only once but always opened the door to his guests, to the receptionist - immediately treating his guests with some kind of magic drink, to cleaning (just five guys who did the cleaning daily and replenished everything to reminders). If we talk about the concept of nutrition, then these are Thai traditional breakfasts. Someone there writes that it's not enough: meat, chicken, sausages, sausage, eggs, omelet, sushi, vegetables and fruits, porridges, greens, stewed vegetables, pasta, three types of fruits - guys, what a little! We were rolling out balls! For me, the priority was coffee from the coffee machine - I got it! The table is set, fresh orchids are on the tables and sharks are swimming nearby- so I haven't had breakfast yet! The waiters are great, they fly smartly. The hall is usually half-empty, but once we got to some kind of frenzied one-day Chinese race, so the waiters got off their feet, but they managed to feed and seat everyone. I don't say anything about the room, the king size bed, you can get lost in different corners, cosmetics, bathrobes, safe - everything is available. The only thing is humidity, things did not have time to dry, they brought and stretched their rope. If you really dig into the dirt - on the balcony from the outside, they found a couple of fingerprints of unwashed fingers, and in the room they specially carried out on all surfaces - cleanliness,
A good hotel, excellent breakfasts (even at the end they continued to report everything, if they ran out, a large selection), a wonderful rooftop pool with sea views. To the beach, 7eleven - 2 minutes. A great quiet area, but if you want - all the entertainment is close, to the Night Market 10 minutes on foot, to Pattaya 10 minutes by taxi.
We made a free upgrade of the room in honor of the birthday.
Slightly tired rooms and lame cleaning depending on the shift (on different days they did nothing at all, only made the bed, without even changing the bedclothes, but there was also a beautiful woman who cleaned perfectly). The restoration of the rooms is already underway, so I think it will be fixed soon) The noise from the repair did not bother us, it was not constant and in parts.
Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We stayed at this hotel from November 18th to November 29th, 2024. We had three rooms. Two standards and one superior deluxe. (2 rooms) faced a problem when checking in. The room that is "improved" is very sad, it is located in the second building (there are two of them). The second building was renovated during our stay. We abandoned this moment in favor of the usual small but in the first building. We talked with the staff for a long time, as they do not know English. We talked through an interpreter. The buildings are quite close to each other. Therefore, if you have a balcony on the next building, you will look at each other. There is no separate territory. A small nook between the buildings for people who smoke. The location of the hotel is good, it is located two minutes from the sea. The beach is clean and nice. There are paid sun beds with umbrellas and Thai massage. There is a large street with bars, cafes, shops nearby. You won't stay hungry. The night market is not far away. The breakfasts at the hotel are also good. The rooms are cleaned daily. A rooftop pool and a bar. There are not so many sun beds, but there was not much need for them, everyone was at sea. Therefore, if you are going in the near future (by the date when we were there), try to move into the first (main) building. It is more beautiful and cozy. What will happen to the second one after the repair - I don't know) have a good rest!
