To watch it, you need to pay 1,500 tenge per person. If you were driving by, then you can stop by, if not... it is better to choose another location. The entourage may not have been bad at first, but now everything is pouring out, you can't go into the rooms, horse or cow droppings are everywhere. A couple of photos for the story that I was here can be taken. They won't look bad. The Ili River is excellent. There is a lot of garbage in the area. It's a pity for nature
It's a very interesting place. The only depressing thing is that all the buildings are in poor condition. No one is involved in either maintenance or restoration. Everything is just decaying under the nature of nature. Sorry.
The magnificent nature of the Ili River and, of course, it is the place where the most amazing Nomad Cinema was filmed!!! You get the impression that you fell for a moment…
It's beautiful, atmospheric. But there are no conditions, the decorations are falling apart, the sheds next to the beds adapted for cafes are just terrible. They only spoil the view.
We celebrated each other, had a very good time, spent the night with a large company, fished, swam, rode a boat, roamed wild areas, hunted crayfish at night, and the starry sky is magnificent and infinitely beautiful!!!
For those who like to watch a movie decoration. Entertainment for an hour. Not the best way to get to the site. It's better not to show up in the summer - it's very hot.
The place is getting worse and worse every time in terms of the condition of the building itself, although they have long started collecting money at the entrance.
The atmosphere is cool and the buildings are great. But there is a lot of garbage everywhere. If we had been watching over the object and doing the cleaning and adding some improvements, it would have been much better. And so at least thank you for leaving what we have. It's worth a trip to see it 100%.
The location is great, the map did not show the route correctly. And the city of Konaev in Kazakh is KONAEV, not KoNaev.

A great place where you can plunge into the world of cinema live - see everything from the inside! And also beautiful nature, a beautiful river - with pleasant thermal water. I advise everyone to go and watch - and then re-watch the movie Nomads and the clip of Medina Jan Khalid! You will have a different feeling and a different perception of the scenes!
I was in this place for work. Very interesting scenery, you can take a lot of interesting pictures literally on every centimeter of the territory. No wonder local photographers use this location for a photo shoot.
There are some quite modern iron containers near the "ancient" fortress, some iron is lying around that generally devalues the photo frame, you will have to seriously retouch all this iron garbage in Photoshop. But inside the fortress, the photos are excellent, it is better to take pictures in the morning or after lunch, with the sun low. Very beautiful.
