In general, the location of the hotel is very good. There are places to eat, near the ocean and the beach.
I'm not going to this hotel anymore. I'm not picky, but the hotel is dirty. Rooms are cleaned on demand only. The kitchen is dirty, and the cooking equipment has never been washed, in my opinion.
The bed linen was stained and smelled of something (I don't know what they wash it with).
The hosts are friendly, but lazy, such a place can be turned into candy, they only speak English more or less.

If you need a place to sleep near the beach, then this is a good budget option.
Nearby there is a fruit stand and an alcohol store (if necessary). Across the street there is a beach, an ocean and good cafes, where it is not expensive and tasty (almost everything) you can have a snack and use the sun beds. There are fewer people than in the party places
The hostess is sociable and happy to help.
There are disadvantages, but do not forget this is a budget option)

A good budget option. There are a lot of greenery, flowers, coconuts and bananas grow. There are breakfasts, but they are not very diverse. Close to the sea, liquor store, fruit stand, grocery store and cafe.
