Excellent cosmetology. I was there and removed papillomas. The procedure was performed by dermatocosmetologist Anastasia Pavlovna. A very attentive and competent specialist. I did everything quickly and painlessly. There are also facial cleansing procedures, plastic surgery and others. I really liked the clinic, everything is clean, cozy and professional.

On 07.10.2024 at 18:00, I went to The Skin Doctors clinic for a facial cleansing.
Already that evening, rashes appeared on the skin, which had never been seen before. I immediately reported this to the clinic via WhatsApp. The answer was the same: “It's fine, it will pass in 3 days” — without examination, without diagnosis, without trying to figure out the situation.
For six months, the doctors of this clinic treated me "by eye" - offering vitamins, ointments, iodonate, and even working on psychosomatics instead of searching for the real reason.
No laboratory tests have been conducted.
The treatment is trial and error at my expense.
On 04/25/2025 at 17:30, as a result of the scraping, it was revealed that I had been infected with a bacterial infection — staphylococcus after cleaning them.
When I finally lost my trust and offered to refund the money for low-quality services, they told me that a refund was possible only after a doctor's examination at the clinic. Of course, I refused to trust my health again to those who had already made serious mistakes. In response, the administration began referring to the signed consent form and accused me of violating “the obligation to follow the instructions of the doctor and founder Dana Madievna, who prescribed eye treatment for me on 04/22/25 at 16:40” in order to formally refuse compensation.
Instead of a real solution to the problem, I was faced with:
• Incompetence of doctors and lack of qualified help
• Rudeness, rudeness and personal transition from a controlling person
• Manipulation and attempts to shift responsibility onto the client.
Bottom
line: * Bacterial infection
• Wasted time, nerves and money
• Six months of useless “treatment”
• Damage to health and quality of life!
The Skin Doctors is not a medical clinic. This is a business project with a complete lack of real concern for the health of customers. I strongly do not recommend contacting you.
