If you like living in a doghouse, then this hotel is definitely suitable. The room is terribly small, there is no ventilation, there are no windows either, the walls are made of cardboard, constant noise, the price is like a room in a Marriott in Sochi. In the morning, you will receive a call from the reception desk and be reminded that it's time to get out.
But it's not far from the metro, at least it's a plus.
