I booked through booking with a request for early check-in. Even after showing a confirmation letter confirming the satisfaction of my request and for free, I was sent to wait for 14 hours or offered to pay for this service (50% of the room price). A very nice hotel. A pleasant impression from the employees. A good location. The rooms are cozy, clean, equipped with everything you need, a comfortable bed. The two-room rooms have a TV in each room. I liked everything.
The hotel is on 7 out of 10. Excellent staff. I took a double room for a day. There is enough space, spacious. The beds are hard. The plumbing is tired and leaking. The entire renovation of the rooms looks like it was done in a hurry. Breakfast is without enthusiasm, but also without pretensions. Clear. It will be fine to spend one night.

Everything in the room was for 2 people, although I indicated that there were three of us. An additional towel and bed linen were brought to us upon request. It turned out to be not rich with disposable devices, there were no sticks, cotton wool, caps, etc. Just a brush with soap paste, shampoo, gel, slippers and a shoe sponge. The directory and the key to the interior door were also missing. The heated towel rail was cold, and there was apparently no floor heating. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. The table in the hall is broken, the tile in the bathroom is pierced by the door. At 0.00 (midnight), a girl from the reception came and demanded 10,000 tons for early check-in, although this was not discussed before. The next day, the room was not cleaned, although there was a sign with a request on the handle. Garbage had accumulated and toilet paper was running out. After living there for 2 nights, we left for our city in the early morning...
We traveled with our daughter and relatives (five adults). The hotel kindly offered us two rooms on the 9th floor: a standard double room and a two-room suite. Both rooms are clean and cozy. An additional full-fledged sleeping place was made in the suite for my daughter.
